Wellbeing McLaren Vale

Would not bulk bill my child of 12 years of age, neglected to tell me this until after the fact. Somehow managed to stuff up the Medicare rebate so paid the full amount of $89 for a 10 minute consultation, of which mostly involved googling the issues with no clear resolution.
Disappointed

Been going to this practice since a child; the gps and staff members have changed over the years and I’ve never had any issues before… however some of the new receptionists honestly shouldn’t be working in a healthcare setting where empathy and compassion goes a long way! Sue Inparticular is one of the most unempathetic rudest staff members I’ve come across! Anyone would think I’d asked her to jump through hoops when i have never had issues asking for copies of results in the past! Really has tainted the practice!

Banned and Refused care 'three weeks after writing a complaint' about the grey area identified within their new patient policy and the difficulty with a receptionist as a direct result of the misleading written statement, after our long term family doctor relocated.
The practice manager is unable to approach complaints from a professional stand point working towards a resolution, rather allowing personal conflicts of interest determine outcomes, of which went so far as to be personally scathing and attacking and finished by Banning my family and I from the practice.

Be very careful of the abuse in power that smaller country practices will inflict if you upset the practice manger by writing a complaint and their refusal to want to review practice policies that created the difficulties in the first place.

Excellent family practice. Our family have been going to Wellbeing for years and are always treated like a part of the family

Dr Kritzinger a very rude and demanding GP. Has very little empathy, comes across as blunt and angry.

Friendly caring and knowledgeable doctors that I've seen.
A bit expensive but you get what you pay for.
Bulk billing for people with financial issues would be good.
All in all I think they are great.

Haven't been to this clinic but I have experienced the rudeness of Dr Kritzinger. If she doesn't like you she gets up and opens the door pretty much forcing you to leave. She is the most unfriendly, rude and unAustralian Doctor I have ever met. I don't blame her previous employer for getting rid of her. Good on them.
