I picked up my new car yesterday and have nothing but positive things to say about the service. Reece was so helpful and would 100% recommend anyone to see Reece to purchase their new car:)

Had car troubles and as we were on holidays it was very stressful, also being from Victoria just added to the stress. Ford Christie’s Beach went above and beyond to fit us in and have us back on the road the next day. We even got a loan car to spend our last day in SA at the beach while they fixed the problem

Sophie looked after my purchase of a new Raptor. She secured me the ute a year earlier than planned. The experience was amazing and I couldn't of asked for better day.

I recently had the first 15,000km service on my Wildtrak at Wayne Phillis Ford, Christie's Bch. Everything about the experience was first class. All staff were friendly, informative and very polite. My vehicle had been washed and cleaned which was a nice surprise. Vehicle report spot on and vehicle was ready in good time. I have no issues in highly recommending and complementing Wayne Phillis Service Dept very professional.

Poor experience, fault with transit van has been in over 6 times. Each time says it’s fixed and leave the dealership and it faults on the drive home. Really poor service and service team lack any responsibility l. Ford Australia also wipe their hands and say it’s fine. Really disappointed

I BROUGHT A 70k ranger from Reece an Renee the night I rocked up to by it they didn’t even let me test drive it an let me look at it for no longer then 5min coz the finance was already done over phone so drive home engine light comes on then get home an go over the car properly the spot lights didn’t work winch was playing up an there was a solar panel on the roof that I didn’t know or get told about with live wires in the back of my canopy so I told them the next day to get ignored by Reece an Renee then when I finally got hold of them they would make promises that never get filled worst service I’ve ever had I would not recommend this company my worst enemy I’ve had to chase them about absolutely everything not to mention my 70k car was sold to me unserviced an they try to say it’s coz I wanted my car that week when befor I even applied for the loan they said it’s ready to go then I get loan an get told oh na won’t be ready for few days maybe longer constantly lying had to get onto the manger mark before anything got done absolutely hopeless company an they sold it to me with bald tyres

I have found the Ford Everest I purchased a great car. The dealership has been receptive to contact and queries. Service and any adjustments have been no problem, organised in a friendly prompt manner.

A very professional and helpful dealership to do business. The sales staff and Manager were excellent to deal with and kept me informed of my car purchase and delivery. They listened to my needs and worked hard to achieve them. Happy to recommend this dealership

The whole team is fabulous and Sofie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We love the car and would recommend the Everest and the company. The 3rd car we have bought here and very happy

Worst experience
I paid 500 dollars deposit which was refundable if I didn’t like the vehicle (used).
I asked for refund and they started making false promises about the refund, after they stop picking my calls.

Eventually i had to contact Consumer and Business services department to help me get the refund
And then i was able to get my 500 $ back.

I had an awful experience at Wayne Phillis, Beach Road. I signed a contract for a Honda Civic and paid the deposit. I was served by Waynes supposed daughter, Renee Harrison, and after explaining multiple times that I didn't want any of the add-on paint protection or insurance, etc. I noticed that they had the rego charges within the contract after I was reassured that their cars come with 3 months rego. The process felt rushed and inauthentic. I didn't proceed with the sale because the whole experience was pressured and uncomfortable. I never received my deposit back, either. I'd say unless you're a man who isn't afraid to speak up and put your foot down, steer clear.

Ben and the sales team at Wayne Phillis were excellent to deal with. Ben was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner and his customer service was excellent. He sourced us the car we were after with no issues along the way.

Purchased a second hand Suzuki Jimny with 980km from Renee long distance from Broken Hill, an amazing car with phenomenal service on everyone's part making for a smooth process, couldn't be happier!

We had the pleasure of Ben Tapkin looking after us in our new car purchase. We bought a Ranger XLT 3.2 and are very happy with the car. Ben went above and beyond and made sure he showed us everything the car was capable of, reassuring us it was the right car for us.
