Horrible experience, asked to speak with the store manager about some paint. I believe his name is Sam. He was rude and not well versed on the products. The other staff were amazing

I have been painting with Solver Paints for 30 years. I was told by staff that my order would take 30mins. 1hr 15mins later, not only was I given a mistint, and no apology but information was deliberately concealed. No test sample was offered for me to approve & maxiwash given for a bathroom. The service here is the most careless, deliberately desceptive and conniving. As a result of trusting years of experience as a customer with Solver, the new face of Wattyl is a bitter disappointment, or perhaps it is the Manager here whom was behind my order. Never again!

Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent colour matching. Good pricing. You won't find watered down paint here.

Good sensible advice without the search for staff and the long wait at some stores. RAA discount applied to prices wrapped up a good experience.

My husband has just come home with NO PAINT due to lack of customer service he had patiently waited for two other people had been served then another customer came in and had gone straight to them will be going somewhere else

I have been going to wattyl paint for over 20yrs. Only place for paint supplies. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Called in to Wattyl paints yesterday. Nothing was any trouble for the lady that served me. The name tag said Anne. Very knowledgeable & great service. I left there feeling happy.

Great shop, aside from the young blonde big girl, extremely rude, doesn't know anything about paint or the products in the shop. Would rather go to bunnings and pay too much, than get served by that rude thing.

Fantastic help.great knowledge. Younger girl & older gentleman went above and beyond to help us pick our perfect colour for our home after we picked a colour we couoldnt get anymore. They matched it to the colour card we had! Could not be happier with the service here.

Lovely little shop! All the staff were super helpful and easy to deal with. Had a whole house to paint and they helped me decide what would work best and were super patient with me while I made decisions. Would definitely recommend them.

The lady i dealt with was rude and not very help full we had purchased a particular paint colour previously from there and it wasnt available any more but the way she conducted her self was unprofessional so we went to Bunnings instead customer service not good

No greeting when we walked in (no other customers in shop). Spent 15mins looking at colour cards with no one coming over to help. Lady working was texting on her mobile the whole time by desk. Sad to see such poor customer service in a well known company. 2 stars added for the other staff member coming from out the back and helping us when we walked towards the counter.

At $6 dearer than Bunnings for a spray can of paint? NO THANKS
