Went there asking for a particular paint colour (Paper white) only to be told is does not exist, even though I had a photo of the paint colour and ID number. I was given a paint in which they thought would be a suitable substitute. Low and behold I painted the wall, at the place I was renting to fix a patch, and the paint did not match. I went back into to ask how this could be, to then be informed that paper white WAS their most popular colour but they were out of it the week that I had gone in. So I explained to them that I was now in a battle with my agent because they want to charge me $330 to fix it. He said he would give me a refund in "good faith" but could not confirm to my agent that they had provided me with the wrong paint because they couldn't prove they had done so, even though they had confirmed it verbally to me, but could not put pen to paper to help me in my situation. All in all, because of their lack of communication, proper customer service and professionalism, I am out $330 (10x the cost that I paid for the paint).
Poor service from the manager. Information needed to be dragged out of him. He showed more interest in the professional painters than my small job. Try Stratco South Road - great product choice & excellent service.
