Waterloo Station Hotel - Roadhouse Grill

Took just over 1 1hour to get my meal blaming the kitchen print out machine but my wife's order was done at the same time and she got hers long befor me.
The girl in charge did her best but we won't be back in a hurry.

Always a great experience here. Food is always on point and worth the price you pay for it. Bar staff are friendly and helpful and as I've never been one to book I've never been turned away so that's a plus

The new renovation to the outdoor beer garden at the Waterloo Station Hotel is fantastic, it was a major upgrade and they have created a large, welcoming outdoor dining and drinks area.
There are multiple large TVs for those interested in sport, lots of well spaced out tables with umbrellas in 2 seperate open space areas and there is a dedicated bar serving this part of the hotel. I recently had some friends join me for a birthday celebration in the beer garden and everyone commented on what a lovely space has been created and how nice it was to sit and have a few drinks on a sunny afternoon.
This upgrade has made the Waterloo Station Hotel a real standout in the Salisbury area, and it is now my favourite pub within a few km of the Salisbury city centre to catch up with friends or workmates after work.
I will be returning to this hotel, it is a really nice spot to have a few drinks and a meal, congratulations to the hotel on a major upgrade that has made a real positive impact on the outdoor space.

Meals were ok. Came out quickly. Staff generously decorated our birthday cake. Playground was good for kids

While the place is nicely renovated, we went in tonight for dinner. We ordered the drinks and waited a while for the drinks to come to the table when I went to get up to get them from the bar the lady said I’ll bring them to you I’m just a little slow tonight. It wasn’t busy at all. I got the wings and rib combo. The wings were so over cooked and the ribs looked pretty sad like they had been sitting there for a long time and then sauce put on them. My partner got fish that was also over cooked the batter very hard. Very disappointing to pay $90.00 and left the meal there.

Had lunch there today chicken snitzel was good my partner's $46 surf and turf tasted like bicarbonate soda it was so salty the garlic bread didn't even have a hint of garlic unfortunately won't be dining there again and won't recommend to friends

Will definitely be back. Both ordered mixed grill and reckon it is the best mixed grill ever ordered. Prawns steak, chicken, sausage, all spiced to perfection.

Been here twice. First time had a scotch fillet, came medium rare as I ordered and tasted great. Unfortunately the second time it was cooked "well done" instead of medium rare, such a waste of a $40 steak. Probably not somewhere I would return for a steak.

It was ok. Nice service. I was a bit disappointed with my meal. I had a rack of pork ribs. The meat was tough and it was peppery so that kinda ruined it for me and the fact that I paid $29 for it. Other than that it's a nice venue with friendly Staff.

Ordered 12 meals online for delivery. Completed and confirmed by mid afternnon. They cancelled the order 5 minutes into the delivery window.via the app. No phone call, no email, no explanations, just cancelled.

Meals came out fairly quick and good service but meal came with a salad that looked a day old and dry

Friday lunch with 3 other couples. On arrival we were greeted warmly and told there was no booking under the name I had given. Strange because 2 couples were already sitting at the table. Decided to order off the seniors menu on the table only to be told its only valid Mon-Thurs. So we questioned why it was on the table only to be told it was part of the table number. We then used our Entertainment Card. The meals were great I just think the staff need more training.

It was a nice ambiance, affordable games, we played 8 balls in an affordable rates. Food are not pricey.safe and accessible. People who love to unwind it's a best place for you to visit.

In bistro bar for dinner, $9.70 for for 30 mls of Jim beam, by itself no mixer. I queried it, another bar staff member confirmed, no that's correct $9.70. That is absolutely ridiculous. You just lost customers. Manager feel free to contact me.

Wonderful Meal, Big serves and able to adapt your meal choices to suit.
