Made a phone order sent my daughter to get it. They had not written it down then basically accused her of lying that the order had not been placed. Very poor customer service won't be going back

Love these guys! Best hot chips in the north love going in & having a chat with all the workers. All workers are so lovely & friendly!

Im new to the area and What a great little fish n chip shop, modern looking, neat and tidy, friendly staff and the food is good value for money, im definitely coming back

Purchased dinner tonight for my children, lucky I realised in time the crab stick that had been battered & deep fried had plastic from top to bottom on the inside. When I called all I was told was that this rarely happens and was offered more crab stick! Just apauling. I am unable to upload a photo.

People should stop saying '' they we're not that busy '' when this day n age with ordering online, makes for less actual people sitting and waiting in the store, but the staff may and usually would have 6 -12 orders on the go at any given time.

Placed a phone order of large chips, extra chicken salt. Was politely told "no worries, be ready in 5 minutes". I arrived 15 minutes later and they started my order as I spoke at the counter, the shop was quiet with nothing else on the go at the time. Service was prompt and polite at least. 5 minutes later I walked out with very under cooked chips. I have had amazing food from here before, tonight did not deliver at all. I will add 1 star for my previous food experiences here, and 1 star for the friendly customer service. May or may not return.

Went to this chicken shop today for the first time after reading reviews and it lived up to those reviews amazing AB packs will definitely be coming back, extremely friendly people thank you

Make sure you always check your order before you leave. Gotta love paying an extra $10 worth of add ons not included

Ordered menu log from here, fish, chips, potato fritters all in one paper, all the batter and fish fell apart, batter could still taste the flour, but the dim sim put in another bag, won't be ordering again, rang them an the lady said because they were busy and had 2 new staff and she would let the owner know whatever

I remember going here when i was five and my mum would always buy jelly and chips i just miss the old days bruh

Generous servings, adequate service. Ask for extra salt as they are usually light. In a small complex with other food options, when you head to Waterloo you'll know picked right

Stop by this store frequently for my chips and gravy fix. Friendly staff and great customer service. Salads are nice and fresh too. Better to come to store to pick up order, as on two occasions I had my order delivered through menulog, and received a can of drink when I ordered and paid for a bottle.

If you are looking for a GREAT TASTING yiros I 100% recommend them. It was PERFECT!
I can not fault not one thing. You'd definitely get your money worth. I knew from the 1st bite it was going to be a GREAT meal. DONT change a thing guys. 11/10

Absolute best place in the North for a good feed, menulog stuff me around, so went out of there way to deliver it personally to me, refused a tip, shop is outstanding clean with helpful and friendly staff (the curry chicken is mouth watering) and always big servings, I've been going here for a long time now, and will, batter always fresh and crispy, best fish and chippy in Salisbury, north, look after there customers, if you haven't been there before you don't know what your missing

We ordered Uber eats. A Snitzel pack was missing from the order. I phoned the business, and was told "we are too busy" "we forgot to put it in the bag". Solution? We can make one later and maybe deliver it, but just take a refund. Owner was rude, and not willing to help. We have grandkids here, unable to go pick it up. No help, will never order from here again!

The food is is what you would expect when you walk in to this very clean shop, absolutely the best around and their chips are bloomin amazing. Ample parking as well. Supermodel staff and efficient service make this shop one you can't go past. And pizza in the evenings, I love these people! This is the only Chicken, Fish and Chip Shop for me. It's so clean in there and the staff are very efficient very professional and very good looking people. Go there, buy their food and you will see what i mean.

Was there today 3-3-2022 at roughly 6pm ordered 2 hamburgers and a kids meal.
1 hamburger was suppose to be with no onion and they piled the onion on it,
Buns were soggy on both
No flavour at all with the meat.
Will never go back again,

I ordered a yiros and small chips through Uber eats, Yiros was great apart from the soggy lettuce (possibly wouldn’t be that way had I picked up from shop), chips were cold, soggy and undercooked! Yuk. Why is it so hard to make nice chips?
I will try one more time direct from the shop, anything delivered via Uber eats seems to suffer.

Clean oil makes for great fish and chips, not over cooked, nice salads, pleasant setting to sit and wait,
everything all good.
