Very helpful and friendly staff. I had a small issue with my vouchers and the manager on duty was very accommodating and rectified the problem immediately. We enjoyed the movie, popcorn and a quiet pre movie drink.

I have just bought tickets for Barbie today 2/8/23 around 6: 30 pm and the woman whom I purchased the tickets from was extremely rude to me. I was there with my daughter and we were both astounded by her conduct. This woman was unnecessarily aggressive, patronising and unpleasant when we were reserving the seats.

Remember, cinema ticket purchases are a discretionary spend. I will make sure that I never go to this cinema again. Hoyts and Event are much better, and I have never been treated poorly by their staff. I would give a zero review for Wallis Cinema Mitcham if that was an option.

I really enjoy going to the Mitcham Wallis Cinemas because there is good parking, the theatre is very clean and spacious with good seating, where you purchase the tickets, it's done with real people and not a machine. They are very courteous and helpful, in answering your questions, and the prices are extremely reasonable, especially if you have a seniors card, being only $11.50. They also have a wonderful selection of confectionery and ice cream. The theatre seating is very comfortable, and there is a great selection of films for all types of people. Yes I have been to the Mitcham theatre 3 times this month, going last night to see Nightmare Alley. I did enjoy it, it's only for adults only, but enjoyed the suspense of the film. Yes I can recommend the Wallis Theatre at Mitcham

Lovely clean and vibrant cinema. If you want to skip the hassle of a large shopping centre and battle for carparks, etc, then this cinema is a gem.
Clean, neat, and welcoming cinema.

Lovely lady at the ticket counter who also doubled as the candy lady. Cinemas themselves were clean and comfortable.

Love going to this cinema, never too crowded, has the latest releases and better priced than other cinemas.

Obviously still trying to return to the good days pre Covid and we must try and support our local whenever possible

A lovely clean cinema. Lots of room for long legs.
The staff were friendly and very accommodating when we rang up to change our booking to a different time.
Sound level was good, loud enough to be immersive but not so loud you have a headache 15 minutes in.
I'm really pleased we chose wallis today, i really appreciate the affordable snacks but possibly not as much as my son who is used to me saying no to popcorn and drinks due to the ridiculous prices usually charged.
Good move wallis!

Went to buy tickets with my kids for a holiday movie using RAA discount and had my RAA card in my digital wallet. Was told this wasn’t sufficient. Fine. So I logged onto my RAA account on the website to show my membership. Was told only the RAA branded app would be accepted. I am clearly an RAA member. A bit of flexibility would go a long way to improving customer service. And to add insult to injury we were given tickets to the wrong movie which I didn’t realise until the movie had started and it was too late to move…

Always great pop corn and delicious choc tops, though sometimes a little light on the icecream, understandable being handmade on site. Comfy seats, clean Cinemas. Love it!

Booked online then had to line up because of dodgy ticket collection machine, but other than that all good.

Super kind attendant, believe his name was Kultha? Really loved what he was doing. Was a date night for me and my fiancé. Nothing was to big of a hassle

Good venue, nicely presented however one of the more senior candy bar technicians might benefit from talking to customers with more kindness.

Wonderful to watch the modern/archival film 'Franklin' here today.

Thoroughly reccomend the film, a national simultaneous launch about a young person following in the waterprints of their late river-saving non-violent protesting father.

The cinema was spacious, and a Q & A was hosted in comfort at the end.

It seems this is an ethical cinema chain, long may it survive!

A little old-styled compared with somewhere like Norwood Hoyts, as there are no recliners, but still a great cinema trip and cheaper than most others. There is a Foodland downstairs for snacks or you can support the cinema by buying the decent priced snacks there.

I always like these cinemas, always clean, comfy chairs and friendly staff. Not usually too full so good viewing and seat selection.
