Absolutely hand's down the WORST patience care that I have ever experienced. Not once but twice. The nurse's are so rude and the emergency doctor was so ANGRY. Next time I'm heading to Maitland hospital. I think their in the WRONG job.

Terrible experience here a few months ago. My son had Pericarditis, but they did not take him seriously because he had been drinking. Despite being bought in by ambulance and this being in the report from the Ambos. Told to be quiet whilst he was holding his chest and struggling to breathe. The Dr said, keep it down, we actually have people here that are really sick. Wouldn't organise an XRay as they didn't believe it was worth doing and didn't want to disturb the radiographer too early that morning. Sent him home and I took him back 3 hours later as he was worse. Dr said, oh great, he's back, get him looked at and get him out. Disgusting, unprofessional and judgemental and I no longer have faith in this hospital. When I rang and complained I was told, we will try to do better next time. Hopefully we will never need a next time whilst at our holiday house.

Nothing but praise for the Emergency section. Admittedly there was virtually no one there when we came to have my wife's arm pain attended to but nevertheless nurses were friendly and the Dr from South Africa (I think) was very professional and thorough in his examination and help. We were very impressed with our experience.

Absolutely disgusted in the way we was treated tonight, my daughter has had gastro, extreme tummy pain, lethargic the last 6 days and to be sent home saying that we aren’t feeding her properly and she needs to see a paediatrician (what a joke). Wallaroo hospital missed her tethered spinal cord in her scan and when she was born. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star

Made to feel like I shouldn't have gone to the ED. I have sudden loss of vision in one eye. In the end I realised I may have gotten a diagnosis but there would be no expertise to treat there.so I left.

Twice now my Dad has been there after a fall.
No X-rays either time.just sent home with a box of pain killers to dribble all over himself and no real answers if there’s any breaks or fractures.

I went to clean the wound and then I went to the Royal hospital again and they told me this hospital were using the wrong wound treatment

One star given due to no lower score available. I've just realised we in the country enjoy a third world equalling health service. Premier Marshall come to this critically under-staffed Emergency Department for medical service.

Very very happy. Went to ED. The nurses were so reassuring and the Doctor I saw was really great. A big thank you from me.

Staff are RUDE. Absolutely no compassion. Called ahead to bring my 2 year old in with an injury, were told there was a very long wait, that's fine. When we got there, were told about a covid case in the waiting area so we decided not to risk it and leave. This was late at night so nothing else was open to buy any gauze or disinfectant to treat the wound ourselves. Asked the hospital if we could have some. They denied. Disgusting hospital.

Caters for SA pathology, Emergency Department, specialist visits, day and some surgeries as well as Radiology - x-ray, ultrasound, ct scan. In hospital care for private and public patients.

Front staff are horrendously rude. Spoke to two people, second was the rudest person! I had eye rolling, eyebrow raising, sighs and a rude voice. Definitely need to rethink the way they are talking to the patients

My wife Lyndall had a 2 night stay in Wallaroo Hospital in June and from the lady at the front desk, the Doctors, the Nursing staff, the Cleaners and the kitchen staff she received very professional and excellent care.
Everybody was very friendly and the food was lovely.
A week after her discharge she even received on letter from their Dietician Jo explaining her illness and how to manage her diet.
We were very impressed with the Hospital
Thank you Gerry and Lyndall Brine

Hospital facilities are average. Hard to get a Doctor on weekends. Radiology department is very professional. Biggest problem is getting an appointment in a timely manner. Tends usually to be a trip to Gawler instead.

They were so professional in the way they helped my dad at the end of life care they were very nice, calm, down to earth people I could've asked for a better nursing home to house my father he had beautiful sensitive nurses that gave him the proper care he needed at the end of life thankyou very much for that

Didn't like the fact they kept sending me home while I was still in so much pain and all they did was take my temperature and the doctors didn't recommend anything he just told me I was fine and that's it

Would give a minus score but it doesn't allow that and a 1 star is too good for this hospital. The midwives here are a joke even refusing to give the basics of care and pressuring you to sign things that you don't want too. And they expect you to be able to pick up and run to Adelaide at last minute when you have said you don't have the money. They speak to male partner's like they aren't there and his gnore them completely. Why even bother having midwives here when they don't even do anything at all

Gave a 1 star just so I could write a review. The worst hospital doctor I have ever come across. No help and so ignorant. What happened to patient care and empathy in our country
