I was a New Patient to the clinic and when completing the registration form I noticed that there was a $7.50 admin fee applied to each consultation. When I asked the receptionist what this was for I was advised it was stationery and admin items. My consult fee with a sports doctor was $200.10 for 30 minutes making my gap $120 + the admin fee.
Generally, a clinic retains a percentage of this fee to cover admin costs. I have never come across this before in healthcare and won't be back purely on principal.

Great facility. All of the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Easy to book and Dr Slarks was excellent.

Dr Badrinath is very friendly and knowledgeable to give me most clear explanation and analysis on my shoulder pain. He also helped me to access to useful resources very timely. After having the severe pain and trying with a number of other places, he is the most caring one stepping out to identify some potential problems and risks and gave me the most valuable treatment advice. I’ll definitely recommend Dr. Badrinath to people in need.

For any injuries, head here rather than a general gp. Great professionals, medical and reception staff.

Sandy Kleinschmidt is the best clinician I've met in my entire 66 years of life. He is extremely thorough, very informative and insightful and did a wonderful job directing and organizing my care. He is also an extremely nice person and clearly very, very intelligent and quite talented. I could not be happier with care and attention I received. I was cared for Dr Karthik Badrinath today, I was really happy to meet him, he was great he listened, read reports, gave the most comprehensive push, poke, and prod.
