Outdated vr set only demo songs available on beat saber ect didn't get our roller-coaster turn either. Not worth price or entertainment

My son had his 10th birthday here today. All the children had fun and enjoyed the experience. It is more affordable for parties than other VR venues. If I was to provide any constructive criticism I would say presentation, maintenance and organisation needs work. Presentation of the venue and vacilities, aswell as maintaining things like light globes in bathroom areas. The organisation both before and during the party was a bit poor to be honest.

Visited last week, had a amazing time the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.big venue which is nice.most certainly coming back

Fun place, good for kids parties.

On the con side: it looks and feels very cheap. No real atmosphere or ambience.

Overall a good gaming experience.

Just finished up my son's 13th birthday here. The place was amazing, great big venue, the blokes were very helpful with the kids, amazing games, the rollercoaster vr was awesome fun.every one had a great experience 5 stars:)

I made a booking a month in advance for my sons 13th birthday party only to arrive and they had double booked us. How can they double book a prior booking!
Advised we could have a later time however we had arranged for dinner etc and could not do later! Totally unacceptable.
My son and his friends could not play and was not a good start to his party. Absolutely disgraceful!
Would never go there again!

It was good fun, but bit disappointed that one of my controllers lost connection halfway through. The space was small, so I kept bumping into the walls.
It was a hot day, and poor ventilation in the room.

Great potential but we had a quite poor experience all up from a recent visit in January 2021.

We were given two rooms, one wired and one wireless.

The wireless VR room had frequent disconnections (complete blackout for 30 seconds while in VR is very horrible and jarring). There was also no audio.

When we spoke to the staff we were told that moving around causes the wire to come out from the battery pack. Somehow the staff member suggested it was our fault and his tone was that we should stay still while playing.

Apparently the sound for the wireless room comes out of the projector but that was clearly another attempt to customer blame as there was no audio and volume was turned up.

I fully understand when there is faulty equipment but what I didn’t expect was no responsibility being taken by the operator, no attempt to fix at the time, then no attempt to remedy through credit or time extension.

One other thing: the headsets weren’t cleaned as my wired VR headset still had face oils on the headband and lenses. I easily wiped it off but it’s clear COVID safe practices aren’t being adhered to.

Hope the business steps up their game or that we had a abnormal experience and their normal operations are better than what we encountered.

Great location and price. You have to play beat Saber if you like music and getting your heart rate up. So much fun.

Amazing experience to practice rally car before getting myself to the track! Will definately be back
