Sadly will not be going back. Having spent many years in this industry the meal I received today was poor quality and grossly over price and under sized
Dry meat, under seasoned chips, little to no sauce. $14 AB small pack not worth the tinned for tray it was served in.
Yiros pack served with seafood salad? No consideration of potential seafood allergies. Way too many possibly deadly assumptions made.
Meal went straight into the vin

Don’t get the chicken AB.unless you want to be vomiting all night and have to be in hospital

I was just checking the price for a large yiros chips gravy and garlic sauce and it was $22 are you joking!? For 1 it's not even real yiros meat cut from the yiros meat stand and I was disgusted with the price! Let alone the menu price which includes salad blah blah blah $4 cheaper this place for gravy and garlic sauce it is a total rip off I compared their prices to other take away in MANNUM and it is SOO EXPENSIVE IT'S A JOKE!

Service is exceptional here. The friendly smiley faced gentleman fixed my order despite it being an error on my behalf. I asked for a burger with beetroot, and received one with the lot. I should have said a plain burger please. He made me afresh burger and let me keep the other one to give to my friend.

We had seafood for two. It was delicious and prepared efficiently, despite the fact they were busy.

Whitenesses the owner lie about how long one persons food was in the warmer for before speaking rudely to him when he asked why his order took an hour. My order also took over an hour. I watched all the food be made and touched with no gloves, no one went to wash their hands once, after touching raw sea food and the cooked foods. I’m disgusted, couldn’t even eat my food after watching it be made and will not be back again. Such a shame how low this takeaway has dropped considering how yummy and well managed it was before the new owners took over. Sincerely some locals who will not recommend steam dock eatery to anyone.

We waited a hour for our order. After the first thirty minutes we asked if we were up next and they said it’s been missed sorry they will cook it straight away it then took another thirty minutes. We we’re so disappointed can’t say we will be returning customers

Terrible service on his phone the whole time and cooked everything separately so waited over 30mins for average food won't go back

First time ordering since new management.lovely man served us but that's where it stops. I know times have been hard for businesses lately and hate doing bad reviews but hopefully it may help them improve.potato fritter wafer thin and tiny, pineapple fritter tiny, overcooked and very dry, my yiros meat was chewy and threw half of it away. Couldn't even eat our chips and they were overcooked but soggy. Husband said his hamburger was average.hopefully they can sort things out as this shop has changed hands so many times.also just a word of advise.when you answer your phone it would be nice if you actually answered it with the business name and not just " HELLO" which is what I got.we regularly stay in Mannum and this was our go to take away.sadly we won't be back until the food improves.sorry for the bad feedback I don't normally like doing it, but our food was not a good standard

If I could I would give no stars, this place has become really bad since new owners. The ab pack was unable to be eaten and took forever for the food. Rude owner.

Very tasty fish and chips! Perfectly cooked. Both times we've been there we got the flake and it was delicious, also not greasy.

I would go back though, and I would order the flake again because yummmm
