Viva Fitness

I’ve came from 2 other gyms sign up at both last few years which were more updated on the Equipment. I love how this Gym has women’s Area. Also 3 other areas in the gym. It’s pretty big once you have a look around and a sus! The equipment is little outdated but it is the absolute same as any other gym equipment. If you’re looking to join a gym that is calm and chill then this is the gym! I came from an updated loud noisy gym before signing up here. I do prefer viva as they’re lot more quiet. Can be little squishy but you just gotta make it work! If you’re not sure if you want make full commitment you can always sign up for trial! I love this gym it is more my style and they do amazing classes! Good way to escape from your mental health and focus on yourself and make some good friends in the community!

Ideal fitness club if you want to get fit - very approachable and supporting staff, no pressure friendly atmosphere and proper team spirit. My personal favourite is Body Combat with Laryssa - real beast of a coach who'd push you to the very limit! All you gotta go is drag yourself in there - team will to the rest! Go Viva!

I have just joined, and I am so glad I did! I am doing the Strength for Life classes. Everyone is friendly, the staff are super helpful and positive. The atmosphere is one of acceptance and encouragement. Esther and Jade really know their stuff! The 15 minute warm up is a good cardio workout, and the cool down after using the weights and equipment means I have not been sore after attending classes. I am feeling great and very happy with my decision to join Viva!

My overall experience with the gym is not great. Variety of classes but mainly in the morning so not much provision for working members in the afternoon.
The gym equipment is worse for wear, outdated and not much variety; they are in need of some series upgrading.
I especially did not appreciate their coercive, extremely aggressive hard sales tactics. Intensively pushy strategies are not the only way to make a sale.

Worst unprofessional staff, never ever respond to email and send it fake contract and bills, nof even know that if two people in same adresss who they talking with, poor communication skills nd thats why extra bills received, never recommend at all

Been training for a while there now. I Have 1 of the best trainers there, training me and everyone else that work there are friendly and easy to talk to about anything

I go to strength for life sessions at the gymn. All the staff are very helpful and great motivaters.

The team at viva are always so helpful and passionate about what they do. Not as flashy as your modern franchise gym with their digital screens and whatnot, but theres a big sense of community here and youll never feel like your just a number. I do PT with Jay as well, and hes been detrimental in my progress to a healthier, happier me. Best gym in the western area!

My new gym, friendly staff, competitive pricing, equipment is aging but who cares because it still the same weight you have to lift.

Family gym with a big heart

Everything you could want in a gym is under one roof: great group fitness classes, small group training with motivating trainers and a good choice of equipment if you want to do your own thing. The creche has caring staff who know the children really well.

Well worth doing a trial to check them out!

Could turn the music down. But I know there is an EXTREMELY GOOD Chiropractor that works the same building. Dave can fix you.when you need it most.

Viva is a small and affordable gym where trainers and instructors really care about you as a person. Always happy to greet their members with a smile. They run a large variety of classes including Les Mills which are suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. Very approachable and friendly staff. They run a creche but not at night times which would be a perfect idea for working parents who cannot make day classes. The place could do with a re-vamp in areas as it is showing its age however equipment is still good. There is no 'gym stigma' at Viva either.a perfect place to let off some steam with a workout to upbeat music!

I joined Viva 2 an half years ago and love the place.you are always welcomed with a friendly smile and you feel like you are part the family. I really enjoy 1 on 1 push training and boxing classes. All trainers are knowledgeable and work with you to reach your goals.

Great place for all ages but especially in the more mature age bracket as they have classes specifically for the older crowd. Definitely worth looking at if your are aged 55 - 70

I have been going to viva now for over two year's and my experience has been nothing but fantastic! All staff and trainers are so friendly and just waiting to help you reach what ever goal you have in mind. I have experienced all viva has to offer and i can honestly say that the family ran business is 100% awesome! So if your looking for a gym peeps VIVA is the way too go! Oh lets not forget how much my babies LOVE the creche which is just another bonus for us mummy's and daddy's trying to squeeze another session in.

Hey guys. What can i say about viva. Been there year and a half now and still loving it. Friendly staff and great wisdom from there trainers. Awesome being part of a great family enviroment at viva. Lets not forget the training most of all. Mixing it up with all the great classes they have is awesome and being pushed to your limit is so kind and rewarding. I cant get enuff of the place from there boxing classes to there 1 on 1 push trainers to there great relaxing balance classes. Thanks viva. The best in the west.
