Good commercial gym during my 6 month flexi membership with the standard equipment found in any other gym. There is an additional studio section used for classes that is useful if you need an open space for training. Can be a little bit crowded during peak times in the late afternoon.

Great place, plenty of options to help with whatever you need to work on and also a great PT to help you out when needed.

What a fabulous gym! I was working in Berri for 3 weeks & was lucky to be able to buy temporary membership. I was impressed with the standard of the equipment & overall cleanliness. I'm back for another 3 weeks in Sept so will definitely be joining again. (Now, if only people would put their phones away whilst using the equipment.)
