Vinnies Salisbury reviews
8 Of all the op-shops in Salisbury this one is by far the worst.
With a horrid manager who seems to enjoy nothing more than having power over people and prancing around with her nose high up in the air. With that being said, the workers/volunteers are just as miserable with good customer service clearly not high on their agenda.
Salisbury has plenty of other op-shops and you're much better off going to any of those. Better prices elsewhere too.
John is very friendly, had a good time looking around.
Will try and make it back soon.
The staff is very rude and impolite.bought many things from this store but will never come back forever
Brought a gift for my great nefew, it was ladled complete $10, get it home, removed the tape to give it a clean, it would cost me more to return it, I always recommend st vinnies, but after today, salvos here I come.
I won't even donate to St vinnies ever again.
False advertising at its best
Always so over priced for second hand items and can buy brand new items cheaper. Won't shop again. Will stick to the Salvos and Savers.
Was going to buy books for my 4 year old and he wanted to pii so badly he was holding his private part and jumping, my husband begged the staff and they looked at us and said no, we left the books and didn’t buy anymore. I don’t know if it was because we are Africans or just wicked staff. This hurt me so much.
Lovely staff but since moving the prices are now noticeably higher eg. Motorbike Jacket on display for $150. Same one on Gumtree 2nd hand for $50. This type of thing is pretty disappointing! Shirts use to be priced up to $4.50 but now have doubled to $8 or more with a tiny selection. OP Shops use to be awesome especially Vinnies but I’m now reassessing my options! They’ve become more business & less charity. Never thought the Salvo’s would one day out do Vinnies in the value for dollar thrift shop stakes but it seems they have. Wow sad.
