Vinnies Parkside reviews
15EXCELLENT & THE PRICES ARE AMAZINQ! I DONATED A 5$ NOTE & THE LOVELY WORKER QAVE ME A FREE BAQ! AMEN TO THE LADIEZ THERE!
VERY expensive for a Vinnies op shop! We couldn't afford anything in there unfortunately. Amusingly, I saw 2 empty candle holders, one with a lid, that Ive bought before brand new, for $16 each (with candles) that were for sale for $38 each and were empty! Ridiculous prices for secondhand goods! Shop was nicely set out but new price points for used items is terrible. Just wondering what customers you're trying to attract? We definitely won't be back. However we love other Vinnies stores which have much more reasonable prices and we will always support.
Very overpriced, better shopping at Kmart for everyday items, and casual clothes, u want to help the charity outlets, but prices should reflect that these are donated goods
It is the most expensive op shop I have ever been to, not because they have better stuff. They should call them antique shop.
Overpriced will not donate or shop at any Vinnies. They are all the same. They claim to help the poor yet poor people can't even afford the prices! Shocking.
This is not a second hand op shop. This shop is trying to be an upmarket boutique. Overpriced and very rude staff. The women that work there need to be schooled in what customer service is.
Avoid this store at all costs.
I was thinking about buying a book for $9.00 one day. I thought it was quite expensive for a second-hand store and I decided to think about it for another day.the next day I returned to the store and realized the price was now $15.00! A big jump indeed.and no room for negotiation.
I will not donate anything anymore for that store.a second-hand store is not an Antique shop.
Considering that vinnies is supposed to help the poor and vulnerable in the community this op-shop thrives on pushing its designer labels and the prices for everything are certainly a rip-off, there are more affordable op shops on the east side of town!
There are some nice things but very expensive antiques n vintage are most of the time not genuine.the goods are donated why such a high price
I am utterly shocked at the performance of the staff and not being trained to treat the general public the lack of enthusiasm is beyond me! I’m never returning! And I will spread the word about how the staff operate that store scamming customers into buying replica items to pass off as real this is the second time I have been in the store first time they had a miu miu bag for $700 and it was misspelled in the label and lining inside bag was plastic I let them know it was not authentic and was treated like I was stupid and laughed at.next time I entered I encountered the same situation a fake pair of Stella McCartney shoes at $350 trying to pass as real/authentic and was spoken down too! This is not a store worth visiting! I’m furious! And the carelessness of the staff is appalling this place should be closed for good!
I was very surprised a six draws $300
4 or 5 set of small glass dishes $16
Ah most Vinnies shops are not thrift shop anymore.
So expensive! Some new items, but they generally pull off the price so they can charge max price.
Best Vinnies in Adelaide for women's clothes. They really spend a lot of time and effort curating the fashion displays. Volunteers always very helpful.
It's a large and bright shop with friendly staff and good quality items but I found it too expensive.
Variety of 2nf hand goods.
Some nice items, mainly for the ladies.
Upper class area so clothes are generally quality.
Jewelry and more.
