It can be difficult to find a a good sports phyiso, Mark has listened and has a holistic approach that has worked. He has just said dont do this or that he has worked with me to improve things.
See Daphne for physio treatment of neck, shoulders and upper back, as well as vertigo. She is wonderful and I would highly recommend her.
