Googled search and found this place.

The facade is unassuming and looks like a beautifully decorated house. Once inside, it is a cosy and well decorated interior with more than ten tables.

The service staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very attentive and paid attention to details. For instance, we made an enquiry about the churros for dessert as a take out. Towards the end of our meals, the waiter remembered and reminded us. And we gladly ordered of course.

We had fried chicken bits and stir fried mushrooms as tapas to share while waiting for the paella, the main course.

All are delicious and as expected

The seafood mainly the prawns could have been a bit fresher. They are huge prawns nonetheless and they tasted good.

Different dinning experience in an older villa styled house. Cocktails could improve but tapas were brilliant and could say we highly enjoyed our meal. Very tasty!

There are lots of choices for the tapas. Ordered too many of the tapas and couldn't eat all the paella. Everything tasted so good.
Service is prompt and friendly.

My favourite Spanish restaurant. Love everything about Villa 77. Suny and the team are amazing. Highly recommend the meatballs, lamb chops, patatas bravas, the chicken pieces in batter and the barbecued prawns. Of course it goes without saying that the pollo paella is delicious and the special sauce is devine. Which leads me to the Sangria. YUUUUM. Do yourself a favour and visit this beautiful family owned restaurant, you won't be sorry.

Will definitely go again.
Food was amazing and the service was also really good. I loved the restaurant itself beautifully decorated. It was a special night for us and we were made to feel welcome.

My only comments was the coffee was not nice, very weak and had chocolate on a flat white. Short black very weak.
Room for improvement.
Did not mar the experience.

Was so looking forward to trying this place, what a let down. Service was absolutely dreadful, when food came out we were highly disappointed. We paid $55 per head and got chicken drumettes, then chicken wings, a few meatbls and a potato dish and had a couple of cinnamon donuts at the end, spend your money elsewhere is my advice. Villa 77 lift your game

Our stay in Unley meant we sampled extensively from the terrific restaurants up and down Unley Road, and Villa 77 was no exception. This cosy slice of Spain offers a terrific taste of local fare at a reasonable price. For our group of 6 we opted for the $58/head tasting option, which delivered to us a selection of 5 tapas plates of the chef's choosing, two paellas of our choosing and churros with dipping chocolate to share for dessert. Our tapas items were delicious - big shout out to the spicy wings and meatballs - and the paellas (chicken and mushroom, and duck) were fabulous, with beautifully creamy rice and just the right amount of crisp on the bottom of the pan. The duck was particularly delicious. Despite our full bellies, the churros were quickly devoured as a great finish to the meal. They have an excellent wine (Spanish tempranillo for the win) and cocktail menu. Service was very friendly and helpful, even though it was a busy evening and they were clearly rushed off their feet. Once a month they have a flamenco dancer - it wasn't our night but I'm sure it would add to an already excellent dining experience.

My favourite place to eat in Adelaide. They are always so lovely, and have the best service. It is an authentic and intimate experience.
You wait a little while for the food, but it’s worth the wait every time. I’ve never been disappointed by Villa.

A really good local Spanish restaurant serving up some great tapas and paella. The food was good, the highlight being the ribs and the bbq prawns. The service was really good as well with a homely atmosphere. Definitely recommend giving the place a try and it is not too expensive (keep in mind that the paella is quite a large serving, for a date night would probably recommend 2-3 tapas items + a paella).

Food is nice but it takes a while to get the food, the waiter was a nice young lady, she was trying her best to accommodate the very busy restaurant as the only waiter there on this night but when I asked for a clean plate for my next dish she said they are very busy tonight and I can clean my dish to the other plate she is taking away and use the same plate again for the next order, which was a bit weird for me. The place is good though and has a nice atmosphere.

Lovely service, wonderful food. I would recommend the margarita and sangrias, the patatas bravas, mussels and of course, the paella. Highly recommend!

It wasn’t busy when we dine here and the staff who attended to us is really friendly. They didn’t have any almond milk that day but have asked his crew to get it for me - appreciated it! The paella here is recommended!

Anniversary dinner tonight. We had plenty to eat, Pealla, 4 tapas dishes and 2 alcoholic drinks and a juice, came to a pretty cheap night.
Would have liked an email back confirming booking though.
Overall, highly recommend this place if you enjoy tapas

Very ordinary food. This is a cheap eats as long as you are not looking for authentic Spanish food. The service was enthusiastic and willing but let down by the food The wine list is also ordinary.

What a great spot! Really authentic Spanish flavours, rich and tasty across the board

If you can tell the quality of a place by the deliciousness of its paella than this place is the bomb

Great servings size, rich tomato and loads of chorizo, chicken and prawns filling out the cast iron pan. So good!

We were also lucky enough to be there on the first Friday of the month where they had live flamenco to entertain. Felt like we were in a really warm, inviting, friendly family home.

Had such a great night!

Fantastic little restaurant, in an unassuming little property.
Lovely decor, relaxing background music, friendly & efficient table service.
The spicy meatballs were the stand out dish, the sauce is to die for.
Highly recommend a visit if you are looking to try something different from the run of the mill offerings of Thai, Indian, etc.
You won't be disappointed.
