Really good food, not cheap pub fare. I had the tuna crudo. Light option that was very tasty.

Not first or last time at this great pub dinner for NYE tonight food excellent booked for 6.30pm no long wait service great out in Barn area which is lovely highly recommend

I had a family dinner here on a Friday night. The pub has a great atmosphere and is very spacious. The menu had a great selection at reasonable prices. The wait staff were very friendly and the service was fast. The food quality was great and the portions were large. The wash rooms were clean.

Usually, I'd give this a 5, but service has dropped since last I was there. No greetings. If you're not into greetings, at least put up a sign like: "Take a menu, find a table, and ask and pay at the front bar. ", rather than say: "Wait and someone will be with you shortly. ", which didn't happen.
Otherwise, service and food was great, once the ball got rolling.

My friends and family celebrated my nieces 18th birthday on Saturday night, everything was amazing our tables where booked with birthday reserve signs, the cocktails were all delicious and made to perfection and with the cocktail card promotion made it super fun for the birthday girl to receive her free amaretto sourthe atmosphere was very welcoming. Best customer service from Ethan and Kelly. Thanks again team Vic. You guys rock

No problem with the service as staff were friendly. Food was highly priced and the pork belly was overpriced, dry and overcooked with a very limp apple slaw that tasted more like cabbage than apple certainly wasn’t very fresh. Wouldn’t go again

Love It best pub in town no drugys no angry drunks amazing food great severe gergous view of water fall never stayed over night because I live in strath but just amazing my cousin Mia works there so be nice to her IDs definitely recommend

Pub has gone down hill with new owners. Menu has been shortened, prices have gone up and the care factor has gone down. All the employees know that management is the problem from their body language and the way they receive complaints being like “we know”.

Message to the owners - don’t try to make this pub something it’s not, other people have come to strath in the past and tried the same and ultimately shut down from not enough customers.

Great service, quality food (reasonably priced) and very welcoming staff and environment. 10/10 booking system for a table and availability.

Had a family birthday party with 26 guests. Staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. Fantastic!

A really nice quiet pub/restaurant. We went with a few people, pre booked, service was quick meals were excellent, can't comment on the rooms as we did not stay.

We lacked for nothing. Really good evening meal. Great bar and service.
Rooms 7 and 8 okay, clean and functional.
Would stay there again but would ask to see other rooms.
Lovely old Aussie town

Nice roast dinner and wine. Could have been a bit warmer and couldn't cut the tough parsnip but otherwise not bad. Flies very annoying inside today.

I come and go but every time I come back to eat the food at this place is always consistent.

Have been going to this establishment regularly for eight years and we will be going elsewhere now if you want to have a front bar experience in the dining room well it's your place people swearing people walking and dining in high visibility clothing wearing thongs and staff not interested in my concerns and I had to deal with it myself was not the night I was looking forward to with my wife slowly gone down hill

Great food, and staff, unfortunately not disabled friendly, extremely hard access to toilets

Good hotel for a quick stay for a wedding, staff wer friendly, food down stairs is pretty good, made the stay alot more comfortable

Thank you to a great Friday lunch. We are originally from Sydney, you have a little hidden gem, keep it up. The schnitzel was outstanding, our very tall son just managed to squeeze it in. We will be back.

Very large Hotel area that has many 'dining pockets'. AMZAZING MEALS.efficient and friendly staff. Adjoining motel rooms with extensive continental breakfast. THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND. In town CBD where the gardens are very inviting to wander across to.

Can't say the same for the food.
Previously had some VegitRian based curry meal. It was rather bland and the quantity small. I did leve a note for feed back. This time i opted for Fish, Chips with salad.
The Fish lacked taste and i am certain nothing short of a frozen Fish and then dished up. The crump was fatty and not tasty either. Then you have a very small portion of Chips and Salad. I suggest trying a finner elsewhere. I would not ho back a third time.
