Great food, great atmosphere fantastic service. I came for a meal with my family for a meal at 5.45 and the staff were excellent

Excellent menu with some new additions since my last visit. Staff were brilliant.attentive and welcoming. Decent portion sizes generally and my pear and kale salad was delicious though a little overpriced for the size

This place has truly leveled up since I last attended. Nice, spacious indoor area. Little, charming smokers section. A nice view of the hills in the distance. Solid pub food (I ordered the chill salt squid) and some good specials on the board (the $7 imperial pints of Carlton draught had me wanting to make this particular Sunday evening a big night!) No complaints from me at all!

Over priced, food very ordinary. I ordered an imperial paint of beer via the QR code but got a standard paint. When I pointed this out to a waitress, she turned around and as she was walking away from me she said, "sorry about that". I thought she would returned with the correct drink, but, to my disappointment she did not. After waiting far too long, I drink the standard paint and cut my losses. In all good conscious I can NOT recommend this as anything more than a mediocre pub with ordinary pub counter meals and poor service. I definitely will not be going beck to spend any of my hard earned $$$ any time soon.: - (

Great service, absolutely delicious meals amd kids got given stencils and crayons to colour in as well. We'll be happy to go back soon.

I want to thank ALL of the staff at the Victoria Hotel for putting on a great Christmas Day Lunch. On arrival we were greeted by enthusiastic staff, wearing Christmas styled masks, they ushered us to our table and a jolly young Father Christmas explained how to order drinks at the bar and explained we had a chance to win a prize. The tables weren't too close together and the room was not crowded (a real plus as we hate packed dining rooms) and the decorations added to the atmosphere. The food we had was absolutely brilliant, the seafood and ploughman's plate Entrees were ample and presented with flair. The main courses (Turkey, Barramundi and a Vegetable Roast) were delicious and large enough to make us take a break before dessert (a staff suggestion) as we must have looked stuffed. The Christmas Pudding and the Pavlovas were up to the same standard as the rest of our meals, exceptional. It didn't matter which staff member attended to us, they all treated us as special and were always polite, professional and friendly (a credit to the establishment), making our Lunch a wonderful experience. We will be booking in for next year's lunch as soon as we can. Well worth the drive from Valley View to O'Halloran Hill. So thanks everyone for being so wonderful and working today to make Christmas Day one to be remembered fondly.

Chips were not great they were cool and varied degrees of cooked some over some under cooked. Barramundi so very salty. Not value for money. Both bathrooms dirty at lunchtime. Empty beer bottles in the gardens at entrance. Disappointed. Will not got again. This was our first visit

Underwhelming! Cold entree’s, octopus was terrible, ribs cold and overrun with sauce, steak was very well cooked though.

Best steaks in the southern suburbs, as for other menu items, always got to order with a second meal in mind.this place always runs out of something on the menu.even at 7pm.

Well apparently you can't have a good time here so I suggest don't go there, we got asked to leave when there was hardly anyone else in the place because we were too noisy playing pool. Well apart from that the food was rubbish the beer was warm and the staff were rude. Maybe next time just come and ask if we can keep the noise down instead of discriminating against people that are just having a good time, and celebrating the end of a tuff year for everyone. Not happy and won't be back next year.

If you go here you have to get the eye fillet steak. Forget the steak knife, the steak just melts in your mouth. Fresh veggies or chips and salad both good options. Nice view over the valley from the restaurant and plenty of big screens in the sports bar. Bar staff are awesome - if you want a cocktail that isn't on the menu then they'll have a crack at it. Good times.

Waited over 40mins before asking a waiter how much longer and he said he would go see and didn't come back! Thanks to the lovely young waitress who i asked 15mins later who quickly sorted it, was apoligetic without putting the blame on anyone which i thought was very professional considered her age. Im sorry i didn't get your name, but you were of slim build, long brown hair not to tall, thankyou for making it a better experience. This was Sunday. Besides that, lovely venue

Went with 5 friends Friday night, all the meals were great, my ribs especially. Deserts were just as good and the staff were all very nice.
We'll all be back.

A very dissapointing meal.complained to manager.then sent a long email to them over 2 weeks ago. NO answer. Very bad manners.we are used to going (6 of us) once a month.but not keen on going back.
Have tried other places which are much better

Good service, friendly staff. Ordered rib eye fillets. One med/rare, one well done. Both were like roast beef, cooked to death, ready to be like pulled beef. For their price…Stay home

My expectations for this place were exceeded. The food, atmosphere and the view are so worth it. Menu has a wide variety to choose from and isn't your standard "pub meals". Highly recommend the Korean Fried Chicken! Will be coming back for sure!

Ordered via the qr on table which saved standing and lining up followed by great service with all the food and drinks coming promptly, menu had some options you might not find at other pubs close by like the Korean chicken which was good. 1st time and will likely dine again

My husband and I came for our wedding anniversary last night and had the most amazing steaks cooked to perfection The service was also fantastic with super helpful and friendly staff. The atmosphere is lovely with beautiful views. Thank you for a wonderful night
