5 steps out the door my son dropped his two scoops straight on to the ground. He came back inside as I was paying to let me know. Straight away the friendly staff jumped on to make him another and refused to let me pay for the extra ice cream.

Delicious ice creams and friendly staff! Allowed some free tastings before choosing which flavors to purchase.

Visited today and we really liked the ice cream n hot chocolate we ordered. The people were very friendly. Will definitely come again next time I visit the area.

I took my family here on 28/1/23. I asked the young man who was serving if the cones had milk products in them as my son is anaphylatic to milk products. His reply was short in just saying I don't know. I was like well do you think you can go & find out. That was obviously an effort from the look on his face. He found another staff member & returned with a tone of they're waffle cones so no. You don't have to be rude about your response. Some waffle cones do have milk which is why I always ask. We also overheard the other male staff member talking to another customer who was ready to pay for his ice creams & the staff member was like what did you order with a horrible tone. He kept repeating this to the customer to which the customer said your the staff member you should remember what I've ordered. After the horrible service Ias much as I love the offer foe thr dairy free range I don't think we'll return.

Really yummy ice cream and lots of flavours to choose from! The staff serving us seemed a bit unhappy and unfriendly unfortunately

What a little gem of a shop!
The icecream was lovely but what was really impressive was the service from the young lads working there, honestly they were so polite, nice and helpful, I was very surprised considering their age, many others could take a leaf out of their book, they deserve a promotion.

I truely beleive he will give, everyone that comes into the store customer service not to mention good looks,

Visited this ice cream place last Sunday with the missus and my 2 kids,
We all had a different flavour and every one tried each others order and I must admit, every flavour hit the mark and was tasty as.
Staff were helpful with what we chose.
All in all, a pretty good place… nice one chaps!

Lovely friendly staff and decent sized double scoop for $6.90. My husband and I both had lemon sorbet and choc obsession and it was perfectly delicious and refreshing for a warm spring day. Shop was busy but staff were very apologetic for the delayed service. Worth a stop

This place is heaven, The best icecreams & heaps of flavours to choose from. Staff are super freindly.
It's busy & that tells you they are good. Can't wait to get back there cause they are now doing milkshakes, real fruit smoothies & hot chocolates.

Visited on a weekend and the young man serving us was lovely. Icecream was delish. Sat out the front in the sun and enjoyed it very much.

Very unprofessional. The owner is literally crazy (needs medical attention). He’s harassing and discriminating customers.

I watched the staff yesterday turn away a gentleman who was there with his daughter because he was exempt from mask wearing. The guy literally said, we don't accept exemptions. Unlawful, apartheid supporters. I left without making a purchase I found this behaviour appalling.

Discriminates and illegally asks for private medical information which is protected by law under patient doctor privilege, don't bother

Extremely rude staff. I have been in retail/ customer service for 20+ years and therefore I'm one of the easiest going customers out there. The "customer service" in this place was so appalling and abhorrent that I've actually taken time out of my day to write a review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

A fantastic range and i didn't feel under pressure at all to hurry up deciding, which is lucky because my youngest is 6
We had 8 different flavours between us and they were all delicious.
The only thing I'd suggest is if someone orders a 2 scoop with ice cream and sorbet - put the sorbet on top.
Friendly staff and lots of interesting things in the store.
We'd definitely come back here for our reasonably priced ice cream next time we're in Victor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting customer service or should I say no customer service what so over! The older man that was working on the 28th of December was incredibly rude and nothing but discriminating! If someone has a medical condition that is their personal and private health information. What you have done to my family is despicable. You should be ashamed of yourself. I'm more than happy to take my money elsewhere and spend it on a business who appreciates people for who they are!
