Wanted to get a refund or credit on a spare part bought at Northpoint Prospect late last year. Item still in plastic with all codes and details attached. I was told Northpoint Prospect is a completely different company and we will not take back the part! I could not believe what I was hearing so I hope the dealer principal sees this and realises the customer is always right! By the way Northpoint Prospect own Victor Harbor Toyota, dame company!
After having my Starlet recalled due to a takata airbag, I needed a new car. I knew I could borrow enough for a brand new car. The salesman I was given was extremely unhelpful and did not offer much assistance at all. Looked at us like we were an inconvenience. I was utterly disappointed. I went to Subaru in Victor Harbor and had a wonderful experience from which I purchased a brand new car.
The star is for Ivan, in the service department, who was kind and helpful when I had my Starlet recalled, the sales staff failed terrible and lost a $18,000 sale.
Having dealt with several dealerships and service centres in the past, Toyota Victor Harbor has given me the best overall experience each time dealing with them.
