Sorry but the veal schnitzel was terrible. The crumb was soggy and very gluggy. Took it off halfway through my meal. The surf and turf sauce was watery and the seafood overcooked. The salad was not very good. Had to ask for salt as the container was empty. Staff didn't even explain that their was a seperate schnitzel menu. I thought they accidentally left 3 menus on the table. Not a great experience.

Had my daughter’s 17th birthday there last night. My guests raved about the food and the service was excellent. Highly recommend! Thanks for the comp bottle of wine as well from the owner Will be back for sure

Quite possibly the largest schnitzels I have ever seen. Food was great and plentiful. Very well priced with smiling and helpful staff. Very busy.

Easily the best pizza in Golden Grove, for those looking for a wood oven Neapolitan style pizza, you no longer need to head to the city. The dough has amazing flavour topped with just the right amount of ingredients. Perfection!

Would love to see a better beer selection from local independent breweries.

Such a good variety on the menu. Large serves of food cooked perfectly. Coffee was amazing. The staff were fantastic and friendly too.

Had a late lunch here and the food was amazing. Lots of gluten free options, including gravy and the service was amazing. Adults can get kids meals, which is great because the servings were huge. Would definitely go there again.

As a local, I've seen this place go through a few incarnations over the years, but Verona is the best. Great decor, great service, good wine selection and excellent food (including great pizzas from their big pizza oven). Check out the range of schnitzel toppings. If you can finish a schnitzel in one sitting, you're doing pretty well, they're huge!

Food & service was fantastic. I took the kids there for lunch today & they are still full from the delicious food.

Thankyou Verona staff for the great service and meals last night, our table of 8 all enjoyed our meals. Great menu, food fresh, generous sizes and tasted great. Special mention to the young staff on duty last night who were waiting on our table - thankyou could not fault your service.

Tried their kid schnitzel, hands off to cooked juicy schnitzel. Excellent taste and perfect environment. Got their exclusive n big bar menu as well.worth to go…definitely coming again next again

A great place to eat. I had the lamb cutlets and they were beautiful. My daughter ordered what she thought would be a regular schnitzel, but ended up huge. Could not even eat half of it, although ahe said did taste really good. Service was great, the server even anticipated I needed more serviettes before asking. The interior design was very pleasant. Will become a regular.

Great food & wonderful service. Beautiful place to come for breakfast on. The menu was not short of options, the only let down were the pancakes were definitely not made fresh at the restaurant. You can always taste the difference which was unfortunate but overall was a lovely place. Hopefully next time we go there they’ll be making the pancakes fresh not from a Golden Circle pre made packet

Amazing food, servings are huge, you will never leave hungry. Aiden and the staff are always polite, friendly and accommodating.

New restaurant, food OK, good size serves. Some of my food was luke warm, and the waiting staff needed to lift their game, novices and it showed.

Absolutely amazing food and the service was outstanding, they made us feel they were there for us personally even on a busy night

I’m not a robot or family… I write after attending with my family this evening. The service was really good, the food was AMAZING- and not cold like so many other reviews. It was a busy night but the kitchen turned our meals out faster than I thought it would. Everyone had a wonderful food experience. The giant schnitzel was shared between two adults and it was ample.
Really well priced… 5people with 2 entrees to share plus a main meal each and drinks… $170.
Will certainly be back again and again.
We had a variety of orders- pizza, pasta, risotto and schnitzel and every meal was flawless.
