I received an email from VentralP. It tells me that my domain name will be lost if I do not pay them immediately.
My domain is not held by them.

Advertises 24/7 support but this is factually untrue, as I continue to wait for a response to a server error support ticket. Been with Ventraip many years but it's simply no longer reliable. Unexplained downtime is a killer to any business.

I've had hosting with VentraIP for a little while now and I think they're pretty good. We're on a shared hosting plan and run a couple of business websites. Their pricing is good, their service is good and I haven't had any problems with server downtime. Even their online website setup is hassle free.
