Very rude staff. Im a regular customer and spending around $80 to $100 a week with them on food. Called for ordering food but they disconnecting the call. Later on called them again the staff answered the call and his car English was very poor, i have repeated the order 3 times but he didn't get it right and asked me to repeat the order, I repeated the order for the fourth time loudly and when i went to pick up the order he was very rude and fought me. Guys you need to be more professional and patient as customer is always right. You lost me forever. Going else where. And by the way you guys need to practice of how to make gravy.

Messed up our order and then yelled at us? Made some disgusting comments too.
I dont usually pay to be abused

I’ve been a regular customer here for the past two years, ordering the same thing. However, today the staff messed up my order. When I called back saying they put the wrong sauce on my AB, they refused to give compensation and hung up on me. Upon going into their store, staff started yelling and abusing and started being aggressive. Their attitude was shocking and violent. Never going back there again.

I have been a customer for a few years now and their food is always yummy. The service is great as well

Worst customer service ever, we ordered AB pack with sweet chilli, garlic and bbq. But they messed up put heaps of chilli sauce instead. I tried calling to complaint and they hung up, later went in store to get refundfix the order but they declined. The owner and other workers misbehaved and also passed some disgusting comments.
Please save your money and don’t ever visit this below standard place.

I hate to have to complain because the staff here are lovely with very good service (bringing the chips up to the customer waiting) and we like to support our local Fish and Chippery. But the last few times we have ordered, the chips have tasted reheated and bordering on cold. They were also plain when we asked for extra chicken salt. I actually cut my throat on one of the many sharp edged chips aswell. I didn't enjoy them and felt like it was a waste of calories. Sorry guys, I am writing this in the hopes you can use it as constructive criticism and maybe put more love in to it. You're our local and we want to order chips from you but for now, we will be going elsewhere: (

We have been loyal customers for years. That's our last meal. The food is very overcooked and cold. The chios were so dry the batter on the fish was very over cooked. Not sure what's happened. This place used to be our Friday night treat! Just not willing to pay over $30 for bad food!

Have always eaten here in the past and has been nice. This time way to much salt on the calamari, who puts salt on seafood unless requested? Quality has really gone down hill in the last 6 months, very disappointing.

Bloody terrible.
Cold chicken that appears to have been cooked earlier in the day. The chicken warmer was not even on. Dirty floors and walls. Cleanliness is not part of management's to do list.
Tasteless food. Definitely will NOT be going there again.

Fried food is good however chips were way too salty. Had to wait a while as there were a bunch of uber eat orders ahead of us. Would have been nice to know

Hands on the worst place we have ever eaten from! What’s with the amount of salt they put on everything? ! The food was delivered via Uber eats and finally after our food arrived it was all cold, wet, soggy and tasteless! Horrible to say the least! Please do yourself a favour and NEVER order from this place!

Foods ok, but wont be going back. Customer service is nonexistent. Your greeted with a blank look on his face.

Great chip shop! The food is great and the staff are fantastic and friendly. Best chips around and a generous serving for the price.

Always delicious food. The salads are fresh and tasty. Portions are amazing for the price and never disappoints.

I order a large hot chips from valley view chicken and seafood, this is what we got burnt and hard as rock, so i rang the restaurant to be told they look nice and golden brown and that he would eat them, i am not happy with what we got and they refused to replace i will not be ordering from them ever again.

Our fish was so over cooked it was nearly black - they seem to be using fish that’s frozen in batter - was not fresh at all - they replaced the fish but doesn’t make up for our time and petrol going there twice - this shop has gone downhill so much - take a drive a little bit further up Nelson road and go to Tuks - they are amazing - that’s our choice now

Hamburgers were sooooo good! The chips were the best ones we have had, not greasy, well cooked, golden & crisp. Chips also cooked separately from the fish. Outstanding customer service and friendly. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

For whatever reason my Uber Eats order was 'cancelled' after leaving the shop (I hope not because of an accident or personal trauma). I phoned and complained, received a call back in a timely fashion and received my order personally delivered by a representative of VV Chicken & Seafood. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you. I wish you luck in business as you seem to understand the concept of customer service.
