V Hotel

Dropped in for a casual business meeting with a drink. Looks a good place to eat but didn’t really suit our needs for a casual table for 6. Went outside and the only area was smoking area. Will be back for a different need and look forward to a lunch

We come here at a minimum of once a month! There is an awesome play area for kids.
It’s not overcrowded even when it’s busy and we always have a great meal.

Service was rubbish 45 mins for 2 hamburgers with hardly and any patrons and the bar staff very rude one of the worst EDP run venues

Have been there a few times for family dinners, food is amazing, prices good.

Did a review 3 years ago and its still hasn't improved the manager with blonde hair and the bar man Paul are always rude and unprofessional. Clearly complaints do nothing because they are still terrible.

Poor service disgusting food. After an hour & forty minute wait finally received my seafood basket which was that overcooked it was inedible sent it back no apology no replacement lucky the star rating didn’t go into the minuses I would rate it minus 5 won’t be back to eat here again

Meal was good although chips were a bit dry.

Food was really good with a nice size serving. Can't wait to go back & try their pizza, they looked amazing

A real nice decor and very helpful staff. The V burger was fresh and cooked perfectly. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

90% of the time this place is amazing, and I can’t fault it, it’s our local, and have been here many many times! But one thing I won’t do again is come here on a public holiday because they run out of everything even sauce. We were wanting the steak burger.no steak. No chicken, had the v burger. Usually really good, we always ask for extra sauce for our chips, but they wrote it down as no sauce.so you guessed it our burger were dry as! We asked for sauce at the table, which they gave us, but wasn’t the same. One burger came with no lettuce.made it even dryer! Patty was also over cooked! Chips were below average of what they usually are.
The C team were on tonight for sure.so disappointing!

A must to visit. Great atmosphere food fantastic, All staff work so hard to make sure you enjoy yourselves well worth the drive to Virginia

The food was outstanding and quick service. The dining area was really clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and great service. Good gluten free choice. Indoor kids playground. Highly recommend.

Whilst previously we've always been impressed by the food, service and atmosphere, the new limited menu released, lacking even basic pub meals like steak, (apparently due to Covid, but only changed in May 2022) is a hugely disappointing, so we should not be returning.

So unfortunate, because prior to that, it was a wonderful place to eat out with the family.

OMG the food was AMAZING. Excellent clean and beautifully decorated establishment with friendly staff. It was really busy but we got our food and drinks quickly and the food was absolutely delicious. Love the ordering system at the tables, made it so much easier. We will definitely be coming back it was worth the travel.

The food was nice but waiting over an hour and a half for the meals was ridiculous.if this was a one off fair enough but my daughter has said she has been 3 times the first she waited an hour second time 2 hours and then now 1.5hrs.obviously you either need to make the kitchen area bigger to accommodate for the amount of diners or hire more chiefs. Kids meals usually come out quick 1hr wait.the starters usually come out early so U can snack on before Ur meal. 1hr wait also, for me this just ruined the night

First time there last week. Place was well above what I was expecting. Modern, neat and the staff were all friendly too.

Ordered food, and couldnt fault either of the burgers, and im a picky S. O. B. Will definitely be back without a doubt.

45 dollars for an overcooked tiny steak, a few prawns and handful of chips.this place was good when it opened but has just gone down hill big time.
Ten other meals on same table all looker like woolworths microwave meals on a plate at 30+ bucks a piece.
