3 My experience with Urological Solutions is based on a particular individual and his staff; Dr Matthew Hong. Caring, compassionate, dedicated, thorough, highly-skilled, passionate about his field, communicative and a thoroughly decent human being. I can testify to the hours he must put in to his work; it’s admirable. I cannot praise him highly enough.
On the topic of appointments and fees, all has been normal and consistent with any other medical dealings I have had over the past 35 years.
The only thing this practice seems interested in is charging ridiculous gap fees for very little results.
Had an appointment booked with these guys SEP/Oct for an appointment in Jan. Phoned up to find times etc. And was told I could not see until APR. Very dissapiinting and unprofessional.
