Absolutely love the Unwind Team, they really care about the experience.

Fantastic apartment, well sized for large families, bedding comfortable, fantastic views, perfect location to maim street. Did have a few issues with the hot water, couldn't handle more than 2 showers at a time or one bath, but we learnt to give it an hour to heat back up, when we had time.so split showers or have luke warm/cool showers. Did report which was responded to quickly but never followed up on. Then we discovered the washing machine was leaking oil or something and stained a number of our clothes. Reported straight away. Someone came to run a clean wash through and told us to try that, we did and ruined some more clothes. We have sinced emailed photos and sent a number of requests for follow up but it appears we are now being ignored. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Terrible management. We certainly won't be back to any Unwind properties nor recommending to anyone
