8Ross was supportive throughout my tenancy. He always responded promptly and was sympathetic towards my situation. I will never forget the assistance I received from Unity. They initiated my second chance at gaining a home again.
Great staff, always happy to help you out with what they can offer or direct you to who can. I have been in Unity Housing with my children for 3yrs now and have never had any issues, depending on each individuals situation and needs they are always willing to listen and help never have been or have I felt like I couldn't talk about my or my children's needs. Thanks to the Northern Team.
I was with unity a little while ago now, got out of the system, and unfortunately some things happened which caused me to go back into the system.to get told that I cant apply for a house through these people because APPARENTLY I DIDNT go through a whole court process and pay up my bond as soon as I could, and still left with a 3k cleanup fee because of how my EX PARTNER left the place.mind u I moved out well before she did.put 2 and 2 together people and stop trying to take money from me after the matter has already been solved in court
Never communicate with you i always have to make contact with them and i get attitude and broken promises
I just received a house through unity housing and I am very grateful for the service they provide to people in unique situations as myself.
I have been abused and threatened by my neighbour for 7 years she is also a unity housing tenant and I've never received any help from my housing manger she treated the other people who used to live in this place before me the same as she treats me but she is still aloud to live in the house next door unity housing would rather other people to shift than stop her actions.
Great people to talk to when it comes to issues of the house & I always recommend unity housing to friends & family as being with unity housing for nearly 10 years they have a million stars from me)
