United Tintinara Roadhouse

7.20pm and ordered food and was told 'no, kitchen being cleaned'. No wonder trucks only use the place as a parking spot.

Okay. Visit a rest stop on a Vline stop. Food basic, but quite good. Hot drinks were slow coming when I was there. Restroom.there are worse. There are far worse places on the Dukes Highway. Nor is it the most expensive.

Car park is definately average, staff used to be friendly but new staff are not very good so far and overcharge almost everytime. Ticket prices show $2.5 for items and scan for $3.2 or staff member doesn't scan the item but charges $5 for items. If you scan the item yourself it shows up cheaper than they charge you. Facilities are based on an old truck stop, FILTHY dirty, mouldy, taps leaking and broken door locks. Upgrading is required on the exterior but the damage on the interior of the main building is mostly covered by merchandising. Some serious work needs to be done, the cooked food is average and several staff that visited the site since the new ownership has been unwell later that day. Personally I would avoid the site at all costs until repairs and cleaning is performed.however ill visit randomly and update this review

The most disgusting, filthy, dirty toilets, male and female toilets! Will not be stopping there ever again! They need a very thorough clean and sanitising! No soap to wash hands either and there’s rubbish everywhere. Yes visitors need to be held accountable however it’s up to the staff there to ensure it’s kept tidy and clean.

Sadly has deteriorated since the previous owners. This is a roadhouse with a substantial menu listed, but they have nothing available. No roast, no rissoles, not even any tomatoes for a cheese and tomato sandwich. Chicken salt was also out. There must be over 20 mains listed on the menu, but you can schnitzel or t-bone. That's it.
In addition to this, drink prices are falsly advertised. The sticker in the fridge shows $5, but it scans at $5.60
I used to stop here frequently. Now, it is somewhere I probably won't stop again.

Has gone downhill in the last few years. It used to be very busy and trucks everywhere but now hardly any. Very disappointed.

Place is OK. Stopped there last Sunday (as I always did on my may through) and while I paid Ftpos went down. I had to swipe again and now I got charged twice. Nobody is responsible and the manager in the evening got no time, people just hang up on me. Frustrating to deal with

Stopped here 2 days a go on our way to the Mount got small chips and the Lolly co bags 2 for $5.came back here on our way home yesterday got the same stuff, but tried a Birthday cake golden gay time ice cream its ok but visually its not the best.also the male toilets have a condom machine in them never seen that before requires a $2 coin to use

I always stop here for a break when traveling to Adelaide. My only gripe is the parking for both trucks and cars could do with renewing. (mostly dirt) The staff are good and the food I s good as well.

Coffee was disgusting. Poored it out after 1 sip. Toilets need a good clean. Will never stop here again.

Food is fresh and well cooked.
The toilets are dirty and could do with a change of toilet seats. They are about $10 at the local hardware store. A few pennies for a truck stop. In the food trade it is said toilets reflect the the state of the kitchen.

Better prices for all fuels than Adelaide most of the time.a great place to refuel.fast food ready to go.bags of lollies at great price also

Fabulous fresh food, reasonable prices, lovely customer service. The place is clean considering it's a truck stop. Just an overall great experience.

Great staff especially at the times I passed through at. Good coffee and fresh hot food. Can not ask for more when on a road trip.

Driver facilities desperately need an upgrade. 3 shower stalls before I found 1 with got water. Delapidated, run down facility
