17Girl working late tonight was incredibly rude. I said hi she just ignored me and said 40 dollars then turned around and gave me some strange look. No hello no goodbye. Before you say you will investigate as it’s not how the business usually conducts itself… don’t bother clearly nothing has changed from the previous reviews on here and nothing ever will by the looks of it. I will never be back and would advise others to avoid this place
The girl who served me this morning, 19 Nov. Was absolutely shocking. Was talking on her phone via ear pods the whole time she was serving. She was rude and made me feel like I wasn't there. Toilets were out of order and when asked if there were any other public toilets she just shrugged and walked away.
Literally the worst customer service i’ve ever had.the door was locked and when she opened it, she stood there and stared at us.we asked to enter, and we attempted to walk into the store, as she said nothing but stared, and she rudely said “wait”. We waited for her to do the bins and she shoved in front of us once the door was opened again.we went and grabbed our food and she told us that the store was closed - when we were simply getting our snacks after a minute of being there! (she said this at 9pm, when it closed at 11pm!) we apologised and asked again if it’s closed, to which she said “i am closing soon hurry up” and was speaking on the phone instead of letting us pay, and overcharged me! I never write bad reviews but i have never felt so disrespected in my life!
I would definitely give 0 stars if I could but just wanted to write a review to warn people. Just one lady extremely rude. Shouted at us for no reason. Didn’t even give is full information about how the iced coffee didn’t have lid until after we paid and poured the coffee. She shouted at us on every reply for no reason. At one point just shouted “HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING” even though we had already spent $80 on GAS, coffee snacks, and paid for it already. We were just getting iced coffee for my friend. She shouted at my friend on his birthday even when she new that. When I asked what her name was she shouted even louder “ I AM THE MANAGER AND iI AM THE OWNER” at last she said her name was PUJA. I work in hospitality so I just want to warn people about her behaviour. If you ended up there and she was rude to you. Don’t go there from the future. We had been going there 7-8 months on and a few weeks a month usually only for gas. We won’t be going there anymore. We will stay away from all @UNITED STORES. We are nice people all 4 of us work in Hospitality and are shouted at everyday. We had one day off for that road trip and the last thing we wanted was to be shouted at first thing in the morning while getting gas and coffee we don’t deserve that. Neither do you! So Boycott this place
Worst servo ever, rude staff, especially Puja - the owner and manager, who shouted at us since we need a lid for iced coffee, really bad and 0% of flexibility in customer service. Don't get iced coffee there cuz they don't have a lid for iced coffee which we need to drink in the car.
Will never go back to this servo again.
1. Toilet was blocked and dirty
2. I paid cash and they weren't happy about that
3. I got a chicken and mushroom pie that cost $7.50 and it was half hot and half cold and had been microwaved but when I looked at the pies they looked like they were ready to serve which is why I got one.
4. Customer service was not good
5. My friend got a shepherds pie but it had no veges so was just a plain meat and potato pie

It is the worst petrol station I’ve ever met in my life.
I’m a regular customer here. However, I will never return again and if you read this message, I suggest you do the same. The reason is:
When I am ready to go out this morning, I couldn’t find my wallet. I remember I used my wallet to pay for the petrol around 9: 40 pm last night at this station, and it was the last stop I used my wallet, so I went to the station urgently. When I asked the staff if they picked up a brown wallet, the staff said nothing, and she called the manager who was on the shift last night, and the manager confirmed No as well.
After I went back home, my wife doesn’t want to give up, and said she wanted to go to the station and have another try. Then we went to the station again. My wife asked the same thing, the staff said No again, and said that a man came to ask the same thing 30 minutes ago, But my wife said, can you pls ask the staff who did last night shift again, cos everything is in the wallet. Then the staff called the manager again, after she finished her call, she told my wife, the manager said that the wallet is on the top of ice vending box outside. We went outside and the wallet is on the top of ice box outside. We thanked the staff.
However, what I’m thinking is why the manager said No first time when I went to the shop, and when my wife went to ask second time, he knows the exact location where my wallet is? What is his purpose? Why do they treat their regular customer like this? It’s just unbelievable.
My wife wants to go to complain, but I know it’s meaningless, cos maybe the manager (who said No) is the owner of this station. Anyway, I won't return to this station again.

Wasted 30 minutes of my time while the manager had to come in to show the untrained staff how to accept a fuel card. Manager arrives and starts hurling abuse at me for getting him out of his house.
Not one apology to me. No offer of a drink or anything to make up for my time.
When asking for his employers details so I can register a complaint he tells me he is the owner of United Fuel Australia, far from funny and believe me your superiors will know.
Don’t recommend, will never return and if your reading this I’d recommend you do the same.
Most disgusting pie I've ever had. Reheated, cold in the middle tasted like it was days and days old, mince and cheese didn't have any cheese and the chunky steak had basically no steak in it
Worst experience in my 60 years at a petrol station. Attendant simply would not serve me or activate the modern pump because my car's tank access was on the wrong side to the bowser. Pump hose reached easily and was not strained. Attendant girl gave me manager's phone which had a record message saying the number was unavailable. When I indicated not available, stated in a rde and condescending voice "ring again! " Will never go back there again.
Took in my SodaKING canister for a refill/replacement but told they don't "do that here". The operator couldn't give me any information despite Queenstown United being listed on SodaKING's website as a stockist for the service I required and on the general United website. Poor form.
Got overcharged for every single thing on my receipt! For example they put a whole shelf of chips on display 2 for $5, the docket was for smaller packs of chips. Was told it is my fault for not reading and not their misleading advertising. This happened with a few other things e.g 2 drinks for $5 but charged $7 instead. The service lady was acting like I'm wasting her time. Misleading advertising and poor service. Go here if you want to be ripped off, check your receipts!
Love this little service station, Love the pies here, and the donut selections are just as awesome as Krispy Kreme!
Cheapest fuel locally.
It lost 2 stars from my review because I ordered a pie and the gentleman serving offered me two for $8, I believe because they were shutting soon (It's not a 24hr station, loses another point for that.) I said to him No I only want the one, he still put two in the bag, after asking him again to only give me the one. It wasn't until I told him to forget about the pie altogether that he finally took one out of the bag.
I understand up-selling, but I truly hope that in future they learn that NO means NO.
I will get fuel from them again, but nothing else.
It's a petrol station and it's new so what can you say, fuel is certainly lower in price than some other places
I filled the fuel and waited in the queue to pay, there were 2 people ahead of me. The lady in the counter, served two people ahead of me and on my turn, went to another counter to serve another customer. I waited patiently thinking she will come back to me, after she finishes there. To my surprise she started talking to the other 2 staffs and ignored me. When I called them, I was told she didn't see me. I mean how is it possible for 3 staffs not see a customer waiting infront of the counter for 5 minutes? I felt really humiliated and discriminated.
The only reason I go there is their fuel was cheap but still a nice and tidy place with friendly service
