7Unprofessional service and non functional toilets as per told by the guy, even upon buying something from store.
Does not deserve any stars. Did the right thing purchased fuel and was not allowed to use the toilet. Very rude staff a total disgrace will advise & tell everyone we meet & see along our travels & via our social media to avoid United at Lower Light!
Cheapest diesel outside of Adelaide. Always friendly. Rest rooms could do with a tidy up occasionally. Sad to say, fuel prices are not as competitive as they once were. Usually buy my diesel at Pooraka United on way home now. Come on fellas lift your game.
Terrible if experienced at early morning hours or late night hours, several times 10min after opening I've seen the roller door down, the man asleep in his car and at night asleep inside several times. One time I had to wait 10min and beep to get his attention as I needed fuel, same employee everytime.
Great stop for fuel & a drink if the front BAA of the pub, along the way to York Peninsular
United Lower Light. Just bad. Full of flies flies and more flies. Air pump for tyres didn’t work. Went inside to ask attendant about it. Had to wait in line for ages due to only one person being rostered on. There were chip products not scanning for the customer in front of me. They got told to put the products back on shelf due to not scanning. I was told that as he was the only person rostered on he couldn’t check the pump. Keep driving to Port Wakefield.
