I am an uber driver and i am against this discrimination and racism.plz also put this sign on fuel pumps so no uber drivers or taxi drivers will put fuel as well.

What's this United? Totally wrong approach and unacceptable behaviour from United Petroleum.

Stopped on my way back to Port Pirie, from Adelaide airport. Asked attendant if they have public toilets, he pointed to them and told me they're not very good! They have blood on the sink, I looked at him questionly, he then told me someone had dropped the blood on the sink, it's up to you if you want to use them. As I was busting for a wee, I had to use the toilet. There were drops of blood on the floor. I'm just stumped as to why he had not cleaned them? Terrible way to leave a public toilet, especially in a convenience store! Didn't want to give any stars, but no choice

Had altercation with FOH staff.really poor customer service
I rang the petrol station over 3 days to just get a reprint of a fuel receipt I needed to be reimbursed for. Sounds simple right? Sounds like staff could help u but this became so difficult with constant instructions that did not match when attempted to go into store.usually petrol stations can get the info on phone and reprint for u but was told no way u had to be there.we went in and no can't help.then rang again and was told no manager was there which I find they apparently were never an option.the last attendant was rude and told me i had to come down between 3-4 pm when manager was there.i decided to ring prior so didn't waste my time as had to ride my bicycle over.anyhow rang like 8 times and no answer. I rode down there and had an altercation because at this point I was really pushed. The attendant was simply not helpful and we had altercation and I called the police as I got to the point where I could not deal with how difficult they were. Never have I had such a nightmare. The scene was not good in front of customers and she then proceeded to rant on what she felt seemed right to justify her situation where she did not pay attention to the date and time I had a statement to recollate the correct receipt. Seriously I did not have the mental capacity that day to have such a problem. The store lacks any efforts and then when I read the replies from the store that they take pride in their services it makes me laugh as they continue to allow poor service. I refuse to ever feel that will change and understand that the job can suck and they put up with lots of customer challenges and I became one of them because they could not purely help someone out and have no idea what is going on in someone's life that can really push someone's limit. So simple yet so hard and refuse to support such a place. Lets see what the response is as seems no matter what they don't strive to fix or listen to our reviews

Tried to vacuum my car, put $2 coin in rejected the coin I have tried again took the money but it didn't start!
Went inside asked for help the guy came out check the machine said nothing is wrong with it and simply said try again if it doesn't work then I give you a refund
We tried again and this time it work and he said sorry brother I can not help you!

Does not answer phone and voicemail is full so one is unable to leave message. Customer Service 0 stars. What more do you deserve?

Car Wash was not working and after I told the teller he ignored me. Horrible service and I would not go there again.

Can't remember the last time I came in and the operator wasn't on their phone, often continuing the conversation whilst serving.
Your presence annoys them and it shows. Live nearby but now only go here if I really need to.

Tell the attendant to stop talking on his mobile phone to his mate so he can actually pay attention to when customers walk in and ask him questions.

Cheaper compared to other servos but they don't want to give you the receipt unless you ask for it.

Usually cheaper than all the other petrol stations in the area. Store could use a bit of an update, but for a quick, cheap fuel stop it does its job!

Need to get your opening hours up to date. Closing time remains at 7: 00pm even though it's advertised as 9: 00pm each day.

Lost something valuable at this service station, tried calling and mail box full and can not get in contact. Also called United head office to which my call went overseas and they were less than helpful. Poor service. Everytime you go into the service station they are always on their phone, now I know it definitely can't be a work call as the service stations phone doesn't work.

Your toilets are disgusting your workers need to get OFF their phones and earn their money. They have not been cleaned for days

Failed to answer 8 calls on mobile or main line.
Failed to attend at time fuel was booked or even advise if they were delayed.

This is the worst part of no competition!

Excellent experience with it. I washed my car here but got damaged by car wash. I put the compliment in head office and United petroleum paid to repair my car. It was very quick service without any hassle.

Absolutely disgusted. We filled up our rental car at advertised price on billboard and pump at $1.15.7, I was standing in line to pay and she changed the price to $1.44. Advertised price was still showing as $1.15.7 but no way would she lower the price to what it was at time of filling up the car, she even yelled at me in front of other very unhappy customers in the same situation. This woman should be sacked for the way she spoke to me and other customers. All of the customers in line behind me were angry, they all filled up their cars at the advertised price however were all charged the higher price. We will be contacting tge ACCC
