Only one person on staff who walked out of servo to do something else leaving 6 people waiting to be served.
Pie face muffins so hard and stale they were inedible. Service very poor. Attitude of staff not pleasant. Waste of money.
1 star because they don't offer a toilet. The other star because it's cheap petrol. Please put a toliet here!
Good pies. This place is very spacious and can avail various fuel grades like E10, Race blend E85
Petrol price good and service, pity about the factory reheated pies suck, no wonder original Franchise went broke, and really pricey, there are other options and Foodland next door is terrific.

Went in to pay for fuel just walked in to look around and buy some food the teller operator yells out hurry up and pay for your fuel. Never seen such rude customer service anywhere. He reckons he had to shut his till?
My wife needed to go use the bathroom but we were told it was out of order. She has less than a month left until she gives birth to our baby so she needs to go more often. We went to the Caltex servo and we're told that the united servo often tells people it's out of order unless they pay for something. I wouldn't go back there. No one should lie to their customers/potential customers. I would recommend people to go to the Caltex servo for fuel.
