United Fasteners Melrose Park

I don't support companies that choose to go down the digital currency route. Because when I went in to buy two nuts I didn't get given to me for free so previous post is a lie and when I pulled out Australian legal tender to pay for it to be denied like I'm trying to hand over monopoly money not happy with the experience I had.

Was referred by Bunnings as they didn’t have what I needed. Unfortunately neither did United Fasteners so I was really annoyed as I had taken the day off work to get there. However, the staff member serving me asked a few more questions and was then able to provide me with an alternative solution. In addition to finding a solution they wouldn’t let me pay anything as it was only ~$1 in total. Extremely happy the staff member took the time to help me as it made a long trip on a hot day worthwhile. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing!
I went there twice in the last week for bolts I was having trouble sourcing elsewhere.
The staff are professional and very friendly and knowledgeable.
They had what I needed, no fuss and at a generous price.
It is now my go-to place for fasteners.

Need a bolt or two? You'd be nuts to pass these guys up! Went in with a long shot need for a particular size bolt and they had it!
Also a good range of accessories for your job, ranging from drill bits to grinding and cut off discs.

The United Fasteners team at Melrose Park are always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I rebuilt an old tractor and my wife was running back and forward to get more bolts, nuts, washers, clevis pins and anything else we needed over many months. Reliable source of nuts bolts fasteners. I was looking for a few nuts and bolts for my drawer and they gave me some for free. Good company and thanks Michael

Great service and knowledge. I ordered 20 large pop rivets, the guy I spoke to at the counter was very helpful, he ordered these for as they didn't have them in stock at Melrose Park. I received a call later in the same day to advise me that my order had arrived. Please congratulate the counter guys, fantastic service, they actually followed up with a phone as promised. You now have a new regular customer. Very well done.

Wouldnt recommend rather drive elsewhere even though this is my local. Negative salesman with attitude

Always quick and helpful! If something isn't currently in stock they get it in very promptly with accurate communication of how long it will take and when it is available for collection.

Guys well done, I have been looked after here friendly staff, convenient location (slightly hard to find) My honest recommendation to you would be a $$ minimum on small purchases to make up for the time you guys go out of your way for small purchases. Finding Screws bolts can be time consuming and barely worth it when only 1-5 bolts required but important to the customer. You get 5 stars I think you guys well deserve it.

Female friendly. Great staff. Knowledgeable. I will go here first next time rather than chasing around.
