United Fasteners Adelaide reviews
38Truly great people on the phone (Cord) and at the pick up department, didn't get his name. Just the way they made sure I left with what I wanted and needed thanks people
Phoned my order through to store and picked up order with no waiting 1 hr later. Staff all very helpful on phone and at pickup point
Completely useless, asked for 6inch bolts, received 5inch, went back and changed them over only for them to supply wrong thread type, make sure you double check everything because these guys won't!
United we’re fantastic! Super professional and helpful staff that cater for professionals and the general public with the same regard!
Kudos to Dwayne and Gary
Busy yet got served with reasonable wait very helpful staff A+ for accommoding a soulation that work for my needs.
The staff here are super friendly and really helpful. They always have the right stuff you need. I highly recommend this place to everyone for their personal and commercial needs
I enjoy the friendly, professional service at United Fasteners. They never make me feel that my small specialist purchases are unwanted.
Staff here are very helpful and efficient. Prices are super reasonable and you can even get one or two of small items, without no extra cost. No Minimum order quantity. There is ample parking on premise
Organised customer servicing thanks to ticketing. Friendly knowledgeable, professional staff. Vast stock variety on hand. Staff member was interested in what was needed to fix my ‘bolt’ problem.
Off street carpark available. Easy QR code check-in. All staff were wearing masks and were clear on social distancing whilst being very helpful.
Better than Bunnings! Really helpful - great range, had what I wanted, price and quality is great! Recommended!
I shied away from United Fasteners for quiet a while as I had previously found there service lacking due to limited counter staff.was I presently surprised and have been the last 3 times I've been back there.excellent
Unfortunately their competition on Waterloo crn rd at Burton has slipped. I won't name them but over the last 12 months there customer service has dropped dramatically and their hours of business are not geared to customers requirements.what has happened there? I'm not sure but United Fasteners, you have won me!
My hubby just came in too buy bolts, and they refused too take cash from my hubby only card, not happy at all
bad customer service
Money is legal tender its written on the notes
Closed upon arrival half hour before closing time on a Saturday.
Wasnt the only unhappy one either.
Nice place. Wide range of good stuff on display and a huge range of stuff behind the doors. Friendly efficient staff. Worth doing business with them. Prices are generally good too.
Their Wingfield shop has more than just nuts and bolts. Very professional service. Guys will suggest alternatives and advise on different grades and applications. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of product is A1
The dudes here are awesome. No matter if its a big or small sale. They go out of their way to help. I've ordered 1000x certain products, and like today, I needed just 16xM3 bolts and washers, total $8.80.and the service level is always the same. Amazing!
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR NUTS AND BOLTS, etc. This place seems to be always staffed by super helpful, super friendly, experts who help you buy exactly what you need. Doesn't matter if you are a total amateur like me. I'd send my mum here confident she'd come back with the right obscure little bolt or whatever. The total opposite of buying from Bunnings.
Guys were helpful! Shop is well presented! But it gets super busy very often, these fellas deserve a parts runner or something to speed things up!
I only go there occasionally, but the staff are always very professional, courteous and helpful. I never end up spending more time there than I need to as they work efficiently. They also have good covid protocols in place.
Waited approx 16 years in the line up at the door. Missed all my kids birthdays, graduations etc. My son was 3 when I left home, now he just came and picked me up, but at least I got the bolts I needed. MOST of the staff know their stuff and are helpful, they carry a fair bit of stock or can get most things in.
Definitely need to put extra staff on and standing back watching the operations of this place, the younger staff members really need to pull their fingers out and move quicker!
