Despite many bad reviews over past year, they haven't bothered to up their game.so why are they in retail? In Australia, there is a standard of service expected, may not be the case in other countries. But if you live here, abide by our retail rules & expectations. Lift your customers service, raise the range & quality of stock & perhaps lift your manners. Or else close down.

Customer service is worst! No proper response as their Always on phones. Trust me it is a place with bad customer service.

I usually go there for fuel which is always cheap and pies are really tasty and I love the customer service too because they’re friendly.

EXTREMELY DISORGANISED was supposed to do there landscaping but they stuffed around till they had to hire a crew with all the machinery to do it for more money. I also ended up being hired on the day they were supposed to open too build all there shelves up and move there gas cylinders even they didn't seem to know too much about what they were doing themselves. Also got underpaid for the work I did do but we won't worry about that

The 'fresh' food is often stale. Coffee machines cleaned well before closing time so they won't let you get a coffee even if the store is open for another hour.
Console operators often talking on their phone while serving customers.

The worst customer service ever experienced. It would help if they understood clear English. This is the country Australia!

Easy ordering and questions replied to very quickly. The quality is far better than expected. Would definitely recommend this company.

This review is for Pie Face. Ordered chunky beef pie. Pastry was undercooked, almost raw inside. Onions undercooked leaving horrible let taste and texture. This pie had no Chunky beef inside, just goop with a few bits of ground beef. Worst pie I have had in Australia

Had some coffee and donuts, the taste is just amazing. I will refer all my friends to have some hot food and donuts

Fill up E85 regularly at this one. The majority of the time they rip me off a few cents when I pay via EFTPOS! Bowser says $30.05 and they'll charge $30.09.beyond belief

I bought a tin of pedigree dog food here and after I fed it to my dog he was vomiting all night and so so sick. Has been a long and stressful night. It expired in 2013, four years ago! Shame on them for selling this. Disgusting.

My wife and I have both attended this service station on several occasions to purchase recharge vouchers for our vodaphone mobiles, each time we have been told that Vodaphone does not sell $10 recharge vouchers anymore.
Apparently this garage is different from every other garage in Adelaide who sell $ 10 vouchers or is it for economic reasons they choose not too.

Their automatic car wash has a very short rinse cycle leaving foam on your car’s body and windows. They won't offer you another rinse or a refund, saying they don't see any foam. The management is unavailable too.
