UniSA Health and Medical Clinic (City West Campus)

I'm a UniSA staff member, and like many of us - I entrust this clinic with my health.
I have only visited this clinic a couple of times, and I am really happy with how bright and open the waiting area and reception is.
The reception staff are friendly and caring, and I can see there is a lot of effort put into ensuring it is an open and accepting environment.
Dr Thomas and Toni are amazing people who do deliver an exceptional standard of care to their patients.
I'm really happy to have this clinic available to me.

Just be aware that the nearest pharmacy is the Terry White Chemist in the RAH.:)

My appointment was delayed by an hour. It is good practice to send a text message to the patient if the doctor is more than 30 minutes late and give the option to cancel or reschedule the visit via the link in the SMS.

The second visit was quick and pleasant. The vaccination went well, I received answers to all questions. My son spent time in the children's room and got lolipop.

The best clinic where i have been in Adelaide, the staff is very nice and professional, thanks to Dr thomas, he is very patient, professional and cares a lot about his patient. Totally recommend it

The waiting time on the phone it’s just unbelievable. It is 40+ minutes and no one picking up the phone, being put on hold for 25+ and no one picking up again or they hang up on you.

Had an appointment as a new client at 12: 15 At 12: 35 i approached reception to find out how much longer I would be waiting as I was the only person in the waiting room. At 12: 45 i was told the doctor I had booked in with - over the phone - did not actually see people rather only did telehealth calls. I left. Thank you for again confirming to me that our health system is totally screwed. Tell me this - how can a GP check a patients BP, heart, lungs, colour, temperature.etc.over the phone. TELEHEALTH IS NOT HEALTH CARE - its a SCAM!

This is a very good clinic and provided a very warm and prompt service to us when we first arrived. Both the nurse practitioner and the receptionist were very patient. Recommend to everyone who comes to Adelaide.

Highly recommend this clinic for general practice, allied health and other medical services. Particular thanks must go to the male nurse who took the time to calmly and clearly guide my decision to take my son to the hospital for a comprehensive assessment of his symptoms. Greatly appreciated.

The staff are very polite and make sure that social distancing measures are adhered to. They also check your temperature on arrival and ask questions just in case. Very happy with the clinic staff for caring about the safety of their patients!
