Have just purchased our second water bed from these guys. Their efficiency and helpfulness made the purchase quick and easy. When away on holidays we count down the days until we can get home to our waterbed. No conventional mattress comes anywhere near the comfort of a waterbed. They are easy to maintain as you don't have to worry about turning heavy conventional mattresses every few months. I prefer a firm mattress, my husband prefers soft so its difficult to find a bed that we both find comfortable. We also live interstate and we're unable to try the beds before purchasing. Philipp was really informative and gave great recommendations regarding firmness, sizing, accessories and other general information on the types of beds available. Any communication we had with him was recieved promptly, even on weekends, and was very professional. We ended up purchasing his original recommedation, the soft sided, firm, aqua gel model. He arranged postage and the bed arrived within 3 business days. The instructions were well written and easy to follow and we were able to set it up in just a couple of hours. The quality of the bed did not disappoint, the mattress is very well made and extremely comfortable. From the very first night we have both slept comfortably and woken without the usual aches and pains. Philipp contacted us the week after purchasing as well, to check that all arrived safely and that we were able to set it up ok too. I can't recommend ultimate waterbeds enough, definately money well spent.

Phillip was absolutely terrific, and provided prompt and reliable service when our Waterbed Mattress leaked. He offered fabulous, honest information and supplied every product we required and we received it within 12 hours and we live in regional SA. It was just as quick as driving to Adelaide to collect - at least 5 hours travelling in total and fabulous thyat they actually have a shop front in Adelaide open 7 days a week.

I have used Ultimate Waterbeds for many years, and have just purchased a new bed, the process was seamless. They came and dismantled the old bed, and installed the new one when requested. Highly recommend them

We sprung a leak in our bed rang ultimate waterbeds Tuesday we agreed to replace the whole set-up with new as my bed was over 8 years old and showing it's age by 4pm the next day the new bed was in and ready to sleep on.they took the old bed with them we couldn't be happier thanks guys

My wife and I have never owned a waterbed but have had the old school experience years ago, we had spent $5k on an expensive bed 2 years ago and was still not comfortable, we decided to try it. It was incredible! I'm 120kgs, wife is 80, absolutely no imbalance, even when we move! After sales service is really good, we called and said we were not as comfortable as in the beginning, within the week the guy came round and took some air out and the result was back to normal. I feel that this is the best I've been sleeping for a long time, waking up refreshed

When we called to get a new bladder Phillip reviewed the photos I sent and recommended a replacement top of the bed. We have had the bed for 28 years, adding the conditioner each year, and looking after it payed off. They came out the same day and installed our new bed. They took away the old one. My wife and I had always had traditonal matresses and thought we would call into Ultimate Waterbeds to test out their range of beds. The advice we received was great and were encouraged to ask questions.

We decided to purchase a water bed and 11 years later we are still happy with it and upgrading to a new water bed from Ultimate Water Beds.

Their service is friendly and prompt. We ordered a new water bed and it was delivered and installed the next day. You cannot ask for better service than that!
