Worst experience. There is a notice saying "park here and some one will attend you". I have waited their for 15mins no one is there to attend me.please value customer's time. Need to improve their customer service

I washed my car at Ultimate Brighton this morning and I completely regret it. I choose the Premium Wash priced at $95 (SUV/4WD) and I was expecting a clean car, however I received the same cleaning that I usually have when I wash the car (interior and exterior) by myself at the DIY car wash for $20. The guy told me that the car was messy so they did their best, however considering that I am paying for a professional wash I was expecting it to be better than my own. I arrived home and had to hipe the cup holder in the back seat, the boot was exactly the same way that it was before the wash (no vacuuming or wiping was done), the vacuuming in all car was poor and the windows were still greasy. It was a totally waste of money and I do not recommend their service. I wish I could have my money back.

The team did an amazing job cleaning my car. They cleaned it so well it looked in showroom condition inside and out. The price was reasonable for the effort required. Great job.

I paid $350 for a pre-sale detail only to finish the job myself. There was polishing compound around all the doors and trim and dust/dirt still around the boot enclosure. I also had to go back and ask them to locate the pin for my tow bar (twice) which they had miss-placed during the detail. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend this car wash. Came back to find a large scratch mark on back door, when questioned they said it was on the door when came in. This is not correct correct have had my car 3yrs in Oct and know the few minor marks They have done nothing about this 2 weeks later. I saw the video cam, it does not show the whole time, this could have been done at any time. I said to the worker and what if it was your car, he didn't answer

The team did an amazing job cleaning my car. We had travelled from Sydney to Uluru and then to Adelaide. The car was filthy with bug splat all over the front of the car and inside the grill and had red dirt/mud all over the bottom of the car and the tyres. They cleaned it so well it looked in showroom condition inside and out. The price was reasonable for the effort required. Great job. Highly recommend.

My nan had her car washed on Monday with a voucher she got for Christmas. $170 was paid, the clean took 2 hours. When she arrived back to get the car, the back dashboard & back of headrests were still dusty. All the vents within the car had just been wiped over, still dusty. Extra money was paid to have the leather seats properly detailed, that seemed to have not been done to the standard they told her it would be. Windows weren’t cleaned properly inside and left quite streaky.
I’m saying that, the outside and tires were done quite well but thought $170 was quite expensive for an outside clean and tire shine.

DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!
Came here on Wednesday. Spoke to the manager in detail about my car and said I usually go to Aqua Wash at Medindie but they are on the other side of town. Brighton Ultimate Wash is only a few minutes from my home. Manager was excellent, went through my needs and said you need Premium clean at $84.95 and as your car is a Kia Sportivo we will not charge SUV/4WD price. I said no worries I'll give it a go on the weekend when I have more time.
So now it's Saturday at 1.30pm and I just went there. There are only 2 cars getting cleaned and guys standing around when a young guy serves me. Said I chatted to the manager on Wednesday re wash and price and would like to take up the Premium clean at $84.95. Young guy says, oh no this car is too dirty you need Ultimate wash at $109.95. (Ultimate wash has 4 features including coffee that I do not require.) He had this I don't want to clean your car attitude. I ended up saying not to worry about it and I'll take it back to Aqua wash at Medindie. Then he starts backtracking. Oh we can do the Premium at $94.95 for the SUV/4WD price. Sorry don't try and stitch me up and then expect my business. No wonder there were only 2 cars on the lot. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. JUST TERRIBLE!

Stayed open to clean our car after a 1500km drive from Sydney.

A few spots missed but were fixed when I pointed them out.

I had mould everywhere in my car and got it washed for 200$. The mould never appeared again. Happy with the service.

I felt that it was rushed and I was not satisfied with the outcome. I was initially told that my choice, which was a deluxe clean (not completely sure what it was really called) would take an hour to an hour and a half.but 45mins later it was completed. There was no nice fresh smell, the glove compartment (which was empty) nor the boot were cleaned, I found hairs on the upholstery (that weren't mine). This was a clean that I would have expected for the first or second option. But paying over $70, I expected just a little more.

Found multiple issues with my car when ready to pick up. Rims were not cleaned properly, windows were full of condensation - not wiped down properly, and the floor mat had a dirty footprint (wasn’t there when it was dropped off). Staff were very friendly and happy to fix the issues, but shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. Was also told 1.5hrs on a busy day and my car took close to 3 hours to be done.

The guys did such amazing job detailing my car. Looks like a new car. Turned out better than I thought possible. Very friendly staff on a extremely hot day. Can't rate it highly enough. Definitely return to Brighton store

Dropped a 2011 Camry off for a pre sale detail. The car was filthy. I was extremely impressed with the result. It looks better than when I purchased the car 6 years ago. The paintwork, engine bay and interior were as good as it could get.

Excellent service, Sparkling work, all done in the time it takes to browse the eBike store and enjoy a beautifully made Coffee.

Really good clean. A couple of spots could have been a bit better but no major issues. Will go back.
