Generally good service, but was charged $39.95 for a Quick Stop on Jan 5th. Genuine mistake but let's see how I get that wiped from my next visit.

Vino and the boys did an amazing job on my car. Leather was treated beautifully rims cleaned in detail and service was great! I recommend this car was for your pride and joy.

Car between very well but inside the car would obviously you too much water and started to smell like mould and still wet when I picked it up things were taken out of the car and lost it wasn't replaced until you play was made

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received with ultimate car wash Norwood on 16/02/23. I left my car there at 8: 30am for a number 4 wash ($109) and returned for it at 12: 30 pm to find that my car was left outside the shop with the key inside. The outside of the car was not as clean as I expected after a full detailing with marks that was previously there still remaining. I did not express any concern at that stage as I thought it’s reasonable as I did not pick up my car straight after the clean and accepted further dusting.

However when I had a second look after reaching home, I saw a new curved-shape scratch-looking mark approximately 30 cm long with width of 2cm at the front of the car which was definitely not there before the wash. My hear sank. With careful inspection, I also noticed multiple wax/ glue looking mark all over the car.

I had a phone conversation with the manager from The Ultimate Wash who offered to review their work and CCTV cameras but I was close to an hour away.

I read online that it could be dried wax so I attempted to clean it off with microfibres towel. The mark eventually got removed after more than an hour of gentle rubbing. Paying for a car detailing following with more than hours of hassle is not acceptable. We had to get another car wash following a car detailing from The ultimate wash Norwood.

Paid for the ultimate car treatment plus waxing & headlight treatment. Over $210. The dash board hadn't been fully cleaned. Still dusty. Carpets down between sides of front seats not vacuumed/cleaned, boot carpet not properly cleaned. Window rims/edges not cleaned. Ring/finger scratches behind door handles not cleaned. The treatment used on inside trims of doors left smeary residue. Have been to this place a number of times. 1st time I've gone for all this treatment. Usually have 50$ treatment. Was bitterly disappointed with this round. Was unable to return to get it fixed up, as I was on my way way to pick up international visitors from airport.
That treatment for $210+ would've been the business best <hr money.

I got my car cleaned on several different locations but non of them was as good as Ultimate Wash.highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately this business will going down, workers trying to charge higher price that doesn't match what set prices already specified and what the price already covers. Not a good business, unfair and expensive. Won't be back again!

First time was OK, second time they didn’t vacuum the back seats, third time my parking permit mysteriously disappeared just before the Adelaide500 (I live just opposite) ; I wonder why…

Got my car cleaned here today and i am so disapointed in the quality of this clean. For $75 they did an awful job of "Cleaning" and only took 38 minutes.
I have a rather small car which wasn't that dirty so im even more disapointed in this lack of service. For $75 i would expect sand to be vaccumed out of my car. What lazy service and work ethic

As for your reply, there is clearly marks that can be easily cleaned and wiped over which haven’t been. Could at least admit the poor quality of cleaning

I Would not reccomend. I paid for the premium wash, but the interior were still dusty and also water marks on the exterior.

This was my first experience with this company. The day I went, the place was busy, and the staff were moving. I was greeted in a professional, friendly matter; the team gave me the attention required to gather all information before I left my car with them. When I returned for pick up, I almost didn't recognize my vehicle. It was spotless and looked brand new again. I will be returning and I highly recommend this place.

The service was just okay, it took approx 1.5 hours to do a exterior and interior wash and wipe down with vacuum on a tiny 2 door coupe. As listed on the wash option i selected I had anticipated that the wheel wells and the lower edges of the car would be cleaned however they weren’t, upon mentioning the obvious mud skids along the side of the car the staff wiped it off with a cloth and i was sent on my way though nothing was done about the wheel wells.the interior, whilst clean i still had to remove leaves from the drivers side floor which i hadn’t quite anticipated given that it had supposedly just been vacuumed. Overall the quality was okay, however for the price and time spent I believe there are alternative options with somewhat improved results

Was told it would take 40 mins to clean was there almost double the time. The amount I paid for included outside wash, the car was filthy, upon interior inspection all seats and mirrors were out of place dramatically. Two buttons from dash were broken off and one wasn’t found (nothing done about it). The front window is still smudged even though they cleaned them. And from dusting they didn’t get any cracks or grooves properly still dirty. Had put money on the rear floor also and was no where to be seen after.

I had interior seats shampooed & result was better than expected. As usual the guys were courteous & efficient & allowed me to store car overnight as I could not pick up that afternoon. Great service.
