Two Hands Wines reviews
53Great place with a passion for making exceptional wines. Mostly specialise in red wines but they have some solid white wines like their Reisling. Wonderful staff eagerly ready to share the stories and history behind the passion for winemaking and their special takes on how they stay unique to other wineries. Definitely recommend a wine tasting here!
My husband and I came to the Barossa for red wine and we got everything we were looking for at Two Hands. Rachel helped us with a great personalised wine tasting and we left with an incredible shiraz and a bottle of their Blue Skies cabernet franc which was a great wine and supporting an important charity.
We will recommend Two Hands and Rachel to all our friends that visit the Barossa in the future!
I really liked the wines at Two Hands. They produce one of the best Barossa Shiraz I have come across. We really enjoyed the wine tasting hosted by Steve and ended up buying a few premium selections from them.
Great wine tasting experience.
Picturesque location, knowledgeable staff, and top notch wines.
Thank you such a wonderful and personalised tour of your incredible vineyard, loved ALL the wine, the service, knowledge and your gorgeous Scottish Highland cows!
Thank you, Mandy and Iyas

The tasting experience at Two Hands it's the best you can find! We arrived there 1h before closing and still they provided an high quality service, with detailed information about the SEVEN wines we've been tasting and even a beautiful gift at the end of it, for just 15$! Highly recommended, wish to come back for more tasting experiences!
Was such a fantastic experience! Not the first time I've been and certainly won't be the last.
Thank you so much to the lovely Rachel for giving my friends and I a wonderful cellar door experience - Rachel was so lovely, friendly and incredibly knowledge.
Highly recommend this wonderful cellar door and their fabulous wines!
What a fabulous experience! We had not booked ahead but got our timing just right and Mitch took care of us from the moment we arrived. Wine tasting experience was incredible and we got to try wines from the whole range. Mitch”s hospitality and knowledge was excellent as was the setting.
Highly recommend you book ahead so as not to be disappointed, we were lucky and I am so glad we took the chance to stop by.
Great wines. Great cellar door. BUT - I gave my phone number at the vineyard re a delivery of wine and subsequently received marketing calls that I didn't ask for. I requested that I receive no more, and that I was to be taken off their call marketing list. This was ignored, so I blocked the number. I can see that I've received 5 calls now in just the past 2 weeks. Please give it a rest. I love your wine btw and will buy more - when I'm ready.
Fantastic cellar door showcasing premium wines. Even got a chance to try the 2020 Holy Grail Shiraz which was an absolute treat. Rachael and her staff did an amazing job of making us feel welcome and Rachael particularly knew so much about the origins and story of each wine. Special place and will definitely be back.
Our whole experience was incredible Mitch was so helpful and I walked away with an appreciation of red wines, no other vineyard gave me the same experience
Well this experience was far from impressive. We had a group of 7, we were seated and provided 2 wines to taste, after this the waitress ignored us for 20 minutes, I asked 3 times to Purchase wine and had no luck, we then went outside to find the waitress Rachel had started other peoples wine tasting and she made a decision the we wouldn’t be served any further wine. Two Hands is a very poor experience. This was our second stop of the day so we left and went to Torbreck and had a fantastic experience with Bill.
Wonderful place! Our tasting host Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel right at home for our Two Hands Tasting experience yesterday. Lovely wines also ;) Highly recommend.
Thanks to Rachel’s scheduling and Matilda’s hospitality, we got to try some Two Hands wines that were new to us. Ares is famous, but there is a solid line up of wines behind it that are contenders in their own right, with some only available at the CD. We walked out with some Aerope. Make sure to stop at Two Hands.
Matilda at Two Hands wines gave us a very enjoyable tasting experience of their wines. She has great knowledge of the wines, has a very pleasant nature.
It is a lovely boutique winery.
The lovely female was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She went through each wine and gave us a great deal of information.
The cellar door is so beautiful and so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave. As we travelled up from Melbourne for a 4 day trip we were unsure which places to visit. She was great and gave us her recommendations and a map, we followed her recommendations and had the best time with the best wine tasting.
Two hands was a great stop for our trip. We had a great host, Matilda who made our time so enjoyable and memorable. We would be back not only for the great wine but also the knowledgeable Matilda.
An absolutely wonderful wine tasting experience! Beautiful seating on the deck and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got to taste a few extra wines and got two wine glasses to take home! This is an above and beyond experience!
An amazing celler door experience that goes above and beyond. Mitch was very knowledgeable and friendly making it an experience on its own. Brutus bar, great food. Small menu but what they do they do extremely well. Will definitely recommend to others as an we will definitely go back.
This winery always delivers on traditional red wines. If you're looking for lollypop, sweet & tasteless wines, this isn't the place. Keep up the brilliant work Two Hands family
