Very bad clinic booked an appointment then said I can’t take the appointment when I really need to see a doctor.

A great clinic - you can phone to get an appointment on the same day with a skilled and efficient GP if acutely unwell AND there are many excellent family GP's that tend to run behind schedule/ be more difficult to book a time with due to popular demand (they run overtime in your appointments too with their meticulous assessment and management- following up and contacting you out of their work hours as necessary and will always fit you in their overtime or if you are running late).

Dr Manita Dhillon is an excellent educator and motivator with excellent bedside manner (as well as possessing exemplary GP skills). This is based on > 5 years as my main family GP.

I only have seen Dr Julie Coulson a few times in Manita's absence and she has just the same attention to detail and out of hours effort. A wonderful bedside manner too.

Dr Wong is a saviour - almost always available on the day of phoning in for an appointment. His appointments are right on time and he is efficient enough to assess and treat issues within a session (including minor procedures).

I have also had an experience with one other GP who used to work here - Dr Heather Munroe (who no longer works at Tusmore) but she was very special in our one appointment where I had been to two other practices regarding a medical condition that couldn't be diagnosed and she openly researched what she thought it was within our appointment time to correctly diagnose.

Reception are friendly and normally quick to answer the phone. The practice is cosy and easy to get a park.

Path lab on site with minimal wait times/ skilled blood taking skills - and helpful how you can phone to speak to nurse for complete results once arrived. Your GP will phone you personally if something needs immediate attention which is reassuring.

On the expensive side of medical consults and rebates but outstanding care as mentioned above.

I found the practice very easy to deal with. Sometimes it is difficult to get appointments at surgeries, but at Tusmore they were very accommodating. The service was excellent and the doctor we saw was very knowledgeable and understanding. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

All the doctors and staff are lovely. Highly recommended to all friends and family.

I have been attending this practice for over 30 years and could not recommend the place highly enough. From the range of Gp's to the incredibly helpful and polite staff, this is a practice whose standards are far above the norm.

An excellent GP clinic that have served me incredibly well in 2013-14, on all possible levels. They are most definitely worth the 'hassle' of having to book an appointment for, compared to the walk-in clinics that I've experienced before going here.
