Tudor Medical Centre reviews
22I have been attending this clinic for well over 10 years and was not a frequent visitor, as I was very fit and healthy. This changed when three Drs.from here, ignored my complaints of shortness of breath for over a year. They just gave me puffers, steroids and antibiotics, turns out that doesn't help cancer. If they'd cared, I would be on an easier path than I'm on now! Disappointed and so scared!
Doctors are duty bound to provide care, regardless of race, religion or lifestyle choices. It’s entirely inappropriate for children to be denied care, despite the understandable concern about having unvaccinated children in the waiting room.
Entirely inappropriate is correct as far as this clinic is concerned.
Vile behaviour at this clinic. Especially not even inquiring if the child had a medical condition preventing the administration of THE vaccine and instead choosing not to allow for consultation.
My husband and I had been going to this clinic for 9 years on Monday when my husband saw dr Tran ha she refused to fill in his yearly license review she was rude towards him and told him he needed this form because of his age in a degrading and abusive manner, my husband deserves an apology for the way he was treated older people should not be treated this way.
I have been seeing Doctor Sam for nearly 20 years and he is absolutely amazing. The staff are very professional
Normally I would not write a review. I know people make mistakes but it the attitude that came with it. First problem that I have with this clinic I have been going here for years and when I wasn’t vaccinated they refused service and secondly I got my implant out and the doctor didn’t put the stitches in properly and I don’t have time to be going back there to fix up something that should have been done properly the first time, it is red and swollen as well and no information on care of stitches or area. Like isn’t this standard practice for a doctor. I asked him so what do I do? His answer oh just don’t move it for a few days! ️
I rang them up and shared my opinion on the doctor and the lady on the phone gave me attitude. I’m extremely upset and just disappointed. I think they can do better with their responses and information on how to take care of stitches.
Dr Sam has been my GP for over a decade. Today he refused to treat me, as I am unvaccinated. I was left gobsmacked and utterly appalled that a doctor would refuse a patient because of their personal choice. He claims he has a "duty of care to his patients", as he turns a long time patient away. Disgusting.
Another medical centre who has forgotten their oath to do no harm refusing to see people who haven't been jabbed with a trial vaccine. Must be am incentive on the line because it's clearly not to stop transmission coz we all know this vaccine doesn't do that.
Best Medical Centre, best receptionists game go cares about patients needs, understanding and patience on relay service. Due to coronavirus, telephone consultation on relay was smooth n wonderful.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my teenage son got at Tudor Medical Centre. He has been a patient since the day he was born, Dr Sam has always cared for him, from his first vaccinations as a baby to dealing with anxiety as a teenager. His last visit Dr Sam refused him treatment and turned his back on him as he is not vaccinated against Covid. I had the upmost respect and trusted him, being his patient myself for nearly 20 years. This now means nothing, we are left devastated and will never go back.
Excellent service till the date.
Especially Dr Shaad, he always give time and lite. To his patients carefully. Guide us the right things on the right time. The best GP!
I have been seeing DR Sam for 14 years never seen another DR. Sow put it this way. I'm still alive
.
Have been a regular here for at least 10 years after struggling to find a GP I could rely on. Dr Sam is fantastic but requires booking in advance as he is quite busy. Fortunately, all other GP's are of high quality and experience. They actually care about you as a human being and not just a number to push medication on. Could not recommend them enough! They have supported me through some hard times!
I was suffering from my skin problem for last 5 years and there was no solution westing money and time using my current GP and offen change different GP to get problem solve but no one able to fix the problem.
Luckily one day I booked appointment with Dr Sam and he give me promise my skin problem will solve.
With his experience and expertise now I am free from my skin deases.
Which took 5 years to solve the problem and Dr Sam did in just 2 weeks.
I am so happy and Dr Sam is master, best Dr I have ever seen, now onward he will be my family GP.
Have previously attended consultation with Dr, direct and qualified over 10 years. With Medicare margins narrowing this practice does not bulk bill, Pensioners pay a $12 gap payment. I have been advised that the practice has had a policy of not providing medical reports for various situations. This may have changed since my last visit. I strongly recommend the Norwood Medical Centre that is either by appointment or walk in, 7 days pw, you can ask for your Dr of choice. They provide Bulk Billing. A 5 ***** experience. Other services, ie Dentist, Radiology Pharmacy Physiotherapy, on site.
Absolutely best place for care. I personally recommend this medical centre. Dr. And Staff are very cooperative and helpful.
Great family Dr surgery. Staff are exceptionally friendly, polite and forgiving. Doctors are very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Great Drs, responsible and friendly management. I feel blessed to have found such caring clinic to help me with my health Care needs
This surgery has been amazing - they caught my ovarian cancer early with thorough examination and met with me out of hours to reassure me and support me through it all. My adult children also find them good and efficient. Regular doctors make having a good relationship with my gp a possibility.
Stay away from this surgery. While under their care my Sister died while in possession of a bucket load of prescription medications and now a Dr S.has abandoned me in a time of need. In almost 7 years of seeing this Dr I was actually only examined a couple of times. He could not diagnose an ailment of mine so chose just to through me out of the surgery when I began to question his assessments. What kind of GP would do such a thing.
Waited more than 7 days to get some medical transcripts faxed for my present GP. No positive response received. Kept on postponing the issue. Very rude receptionists. Very poor service.
