I’ve been seeing Bhargav for a few weeks now to help with my complex symptoms (tachycardia, anxiety, migraines, etc) along with debilitating neck and shoulder pain. I have received excellent treatment and I appreciate how Bhargav tries to get to the root cause in order to heal as he is very knowledgeable. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Trucare Health Group!

I honestly can not thank Dr Bhargav enough! He is very knowledgeable and come up with different range of treatments and alternatives.
A year ago I got a hamstring injury. I was at advanced level of doing over splitting with 3 blocks and it ended up not being able to do splits at all. It was always painful, even just sitting became uncomfortable. I went to different physios, acupuncture, Chiropractors and Osteopaths. I have been told different diagnosis. Some said it's sciatica and others said it's a nerve thing. I have been to a minimum of 6,7 physios to get it fixed with no luck. I just gave up on doing splits and just wanted something to reduce the pain in general.
Until I met Bhargav! Not only did he reduce the pain but also I can feel my mobility and range of motions is getting better! I have been getting back again to splits slowly and it's progressing.

I’ve been going to Bhargav for physio therapy for approximately 18 months and he has been amazing at helping reduce my back pain and creating a plan to build my core strength through exercise. He offers a range of treatments including hydrotherapy and acupuncture.

The physio listened to me about my about my dizziness check me out treated me for vertigo and explain some exercises to do. Then followed up with another appointment. He has changed my life because I have been struggling for this over a year seen doctors and specialist. I mentioned vertigo to these so called specialist all wanted to talk about was my heart and said I had anxiety. This includes 2 ambulance rides to hospitals. With stoke like symptoms. Don't under estimated vertigo. Thank you so much.

Never had much luck with any Physio … until now!
Bhargav, the physio, diagnosed what was wrong, knew exactly what to do, gave me quick easy exercises … and just a couple of weeks later, after 18 months of thinking there was no hope, I was fixed. What a relief!
Bargo has a wonderfully quiet and gentle manner, knows his stuff … and magic hands!

I would rate Trucare physio as an excellent practice. I came to Trucare with a groin injury that prevented me from sprinting. Bhargav is respectful, honest, very knowledgeable and also very hands on, particularly when comparing to other physio practices that I've been to (and I've been to many). I really wish I knew of Trucare earlier! With the help of Bhargav, I am enjoying my sport pain free. I am very pleased with my experience at Trucare and I highly recommend it to my family and friends!

Had vertigo which left me couch bound for a week so I went and saw Bhargav and after 1st appt felt 100% better. I am so grateful to him. Wish I had gone sooner but didn't even know physios treated vertigo until dr said at 2nd appt about seeing one. So as soon as you feel dizzy visit Bhargav and you will be feeling better in no time at all. Once again thankyou so much.

After being in hospital for 3 weeks after a motorbike accident, I was introduced to Bhargav for physio on my right knee and leg. Never having had physio in my life I was tentatively nervous, but after a few minutes, his calm and professional nature, his reassuring approach allowed me to relax and trust his care. After 3 visits I had gained a good deal of knee flexion and was well on the way to a full recovery. I'd recommend Bhargav to anyone needing decent quality care.
