Reception staff always thoughtful and courteous. And Dr Pllana is understanding with a reassuring kindness about him.

It was for a telephone consolation
I had it organised from one of the staff who booked the time on the same day 5pm. My doctor is excellent

Awesome receptionists and doctors, I have moved out of Adelaide and I get the same Awesome service this is the reason I will not go to another clinic.
So I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a good clinic They look after your needs and are caring

Went to an appointment to see Dr Alex Vidovic waited 40 minutes after my assigned appointment when I went I knew I had an eye infection and possibly conjunctivitis, he did a few checks and basically said you will be fine in a day or two. Didn't give me any prescription, the next day my eye is completely red and twice as bad, needs to be treated, when I got to the desk they tried to get me to pay $61 when they said it would cost $20 the women at the register was very rude and the doctor did not help me at all now my eye infection ìs getting worse and have to see yet another doctor won't be coming back again

Never a pleasant experience coming to this medical clinic. Front desk staff are always very unfriendly towards patients entering the practice. Too busy laughing and talking amongst themselves to acknowledge patients. Been here a few times now and appears to be the same everytime. Thankfully I only use this surgery when I am unable to see my own doctor.

The receptionists are lovely but the doctor I saw recently, I would describe as very average! Not interested at all. About as interested as someone over 50 shopping in supre

Dr Victor Liu has been excellent since I’ve switched to Trinity Medical. Great with my two young kids who are 3 and under. Plus after almost two months with a cough myself he prescribed me something today that’s basically cleared it up in 6 hours. Lots of doctors here and can always get in when needed.

Appointments appear somewhat optional, you might have an appointment but that doesn’t guarantee seeing the doctor before he goes home.

This is not my usual Medical Centre but attended as could not get into my usual one. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities are first rate and I even got in early for my appointment

Place is spacious, clean, and the girls in the reception doing great in trying to answer all calls. I find way too easy to call Trinity than in Port that no one answer the calls. The doctors are good and there is pharmacy inside.

A very short phone call, admin staff very rude over the phone. Just asked if there’s any slots available for appointment. It’s ironic how the message that plays over and over again waiting for the operator to speak to you, says not to be rude to them? Please teach your staff some phone manners.

Got in quickly. Found staff at reception and the doctor I saw friendly and professional. No complaints.

If your a bulk billing patient, paid your levy since 1974 @ 1.4% increased by Gillard to 2% and looked at the recent Federal Budget with cuts to Healthcare funding you have got to have some concerns as to whether Medicare will continue. Just when the peak of the Baby Boomer group are requiring what they have paid for a Health Care system that was promised to be a "no additional fee" system they are asked to pay a gap or a fee in advance for the same service. I'd suggest that if you direct your concerns to the Federal Member for Health who is so "local" you could walk there or contact his office and add your voice to those that object to this Private Health grab for the billions that must have been received from the levy. As for the Dr's and staff go easy eh! They are at the delivery end and do not decide the amount of funding

We waited for over half an hour on the phone and were hung up on by receptionists twice. We didn’t get to say a word. I have empathy and understanding that they are incredibly busy, but their service is horrendous. It doesn’t take much to be kind and provide an adequate level of customer service and explanation to sick people.

I contacted to enquire about something and the receptionist I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. She did not even help me with my query. I’m applauded and disgusted at the horrible customer service I received today.

I won't be returning after today. I was not told that the appointment wasn't bulk billed as I've never paid a gap at this medical centre before.
I didn't have my purse with me as I thought I wouldn't need it.
I asked if I could transfer and they didn't respond.
The front desk lady who checked me in did not mention anything about a fee, especially being a new gp that I had never seen; neither did the gp.
A lady Michelle spoke horribly towards me, she refused to listen and threatened to ban me as I didn't have my purse with me yet would not accept a bank transfer.
I was asked by customers on my way out if I was okay as they saw how she had belittled me and wanted to make sure that I was okay.

This medical centre has been having so many issues for so long, I will be sending a letter to the ombudsman with proof of how the staff treat customers

These 5 stars are soley for Dr Woolley at Trinity Medical Centre. The best doctor I have ever seen. He shows a huge amount of care during each consultation. I feel heard, I feel safe, just an amazing human who needs to be recognised for his professionalism.
