I would happily give -10 to manager bought shoes yesterday worth $225, told them 3 times for US 11 gave me 10.5 went there today again to get size 11 didn't replaced it.

Worst place for me!

I walked in looking for a particular brand and model of workboot only to find they were no longer manufactured. After a chat around why I wanted that particular type, a couple of options were identified amongst the many on offer. Adam was very knowledgeable on the different manufacturing materials that made up the different models and the benefits associated. The boots I selected are so comfortable I ended up walking away wearing them even though it's my day off.
If your heavy and ridgid workboots wear you out, drop in and see Adam!

Excellent shopping experience. The staff are super friendly and approachabl. They have all kinds of worker uniforms and accessories there. When I go to pay my pants, the staff asked if I would like to join membership. And I can enjoyed the discount immediately. I'm really happy and highly recommend this store!

Purchased Bad Waterproof Rain Defend Hi-Vis top in June 22. It is NOT waterproof. Got caught in steady drizzle today and it leaked like a sieve thru the stitching on the arms. Sleeves of shirt saturated.

Wonderful service! I ordered 2 pairs of boots online one was on backorder but realised the backordered pair were incorrect size I was able to call to change the order it was no hassle Callum was really friendly and the boots were sent next day and both ended up perfect sizing. Worst customer experience here. Been there regarding the condition of the shoes (i bought) with the receipt, but they even refuse to see it, ended up defending themselves showing there own shoes with the picture in their phones, then after huge argument started saying to have a look (the person supposed to have a look wasn’t there and when i ask the available time or day, they say its gonna take 5 days (even i explain them that i work in the mines)
Ended up saying we can’t help it then.
Never ever recommending anyone to go there, coz they could be really sweat while u buy stuff, but if u have any issues get ready for ignorance and excuses.

I have been driving past this shop for years and never stopped in until mid 2021, Tradies Workwear is now my one stop shop! This store is absolutely outstanding, from the friendly and helpful staff "Nikki & Adam" to the huge selection of quality work clothing, PPE, and safety equipment, their prices are great and normally better than their bigger competitors.

This place has to be the best workwear shop in the country. I’m Melbourne based but make sure to visit whenever I’m in Adelaide. A huge range of brands to cover every need/want. Their service is outstanding. And when I can’t make it to Adelaide, their online store is so easy to use and very fast turn around times with shipping. Wish there was a Tradies Workwear in Melbourne!

Excellent store with a HUGE ARRAY of excellent quality work wear with some basic quality products as you must have to be able to diversify for the rest.

I ordered online & it is meant to be processed within several hours (which I didn't know) & they went out of their way to pick it for me as well as giving me a bottle of hand sanitizer @ checkout 2 minutes past their closing time!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and asked great questions to helpful find the best product for me, and the prices are very competitive in my opinion. Unfortunately I couldn't find what I wanted but the salesman was exceptionally patient and treated me so professionally. I will definitely go back and just buy 'something'!

Dropped in quickly for a dust jacket, had prompt assistance and found what I was after for a fair price.

Customer service here is first rate. For various reasons I've had slightly different needs or requests, and they've always been able to accommodate me or even go beyond what I've expected. BTW - you don't need to be a tradie to come here, everyone is welcome and treated really well. If you want durable clothes at great prices and with 'old fashioned' service - you can't go past Tradies Workwear.

These guys are fantastic. I ordered a new pair of Rossi work boots - they arrived in my roadside mailbox in rural NSW two working days later. Great service!
