Tradelink Albert Park

Came in to look over bathroom basins and was hoping for assistance, no one greeted us, NO ONE came to check on us and when finally deciding it was easier to order online we left without even a goodbye also!

I had need to go to the Albert Park store last Friday in search of an unusual part for a bathroom flick-mixer.

Jim from the trade counter was extremely helpful and friendly. His patience and the customer service he provided to try solve by problem was first-rate. He went above and beyond the call to duty to help.
Great to see old fashioned customer service like this still exists.

I'll definitely be going back to this store for any future needs.

I contacted Tradelink regarding an unusual request for some pipes needed for a Children's health clinic. Kevin not only provided prompt and direct information, he also enquired about some options which led to the company donating the products and delivering them for free! Nothing to gain for the company other than doing a really nice thing! That is service and I would recommend Kevin and the team to anyone in the future - thankyou again.

Fantastic service, salesperson asked appropriate questions and suggested chances using his experience. Both my friend and I said when we left the store how good it was to have such great service. I am sorry now that I didn't get the gentleman's name to acknowledge his great job.

Could have been served a little quicker. Had my purchases on the counter and the guy behind his desk was too busy tucking into his KFC and having a chin was with someone to serve me. Not very good.
