Toyworld Mt Baker

Great service. Had a problem with a toy we bought and they bent over backwards to sort it out. You can't beat local service!

Bought a $70 toy for my son. The toy was rubbish. Parts were missing which made it impossible to construct. Went to return it for a full refund and was met by a grumpy woman who couldn’t even crack a smile. She told me I can either replace the item or get a voucher which I wasn’t happy with. When you spend $70 you expect quality, so I can’t imagine other products sold there are any better.

She then got angry at me and told me I cannot get a refund for simply changing my mind. After explaining to her again that the toy was faulty she threw $70 on the counter and that was it. No eye contact. Nothing

Will never shop here again. Biggest rip off and disgusting customer service!

Went here the other day and staff not helpful. Before coming to the store we researched online and different toy stores for what we were after. Thought, as we are new to the area to support local business. Asked if they price matched, outright NO. Unfortunately they are very over priced. Double the cost of Big W for matchbox cars. Staff weren't overly friendly. Won’t be going back,

Double the price of other stores. Example; 12 inch squishmallows: $29.99 toyworld… $18 Kmart… overpriced.

I've been here a few times and the toy selection is OK, not amazing. I've always found the staff to be short and not very friendly which turns me off returning.

Absolutely a great shop for all the toys you could ever want, extremely helpful and friendly staff and the owners will go that extra mile for you. They have always looked after me and I suggest you try them out you won't be disappointed, I have never been disappointed. I’m a long-time customer of Toyworld and I couldn’t rate them highly enough. The owner, Julia, is always welcoming and has helped me shop for my niece and nephew on many occasions, when I don’t know what to get them! I’m not local but it’s worth the drive.

Thoroughly enjoy shopping a Mt Barker Toyworld. It has everything you need for babies and kids of all ages. Fantastic service too!

It is so handy having Toyworld & Baby in Mount Barker. The Adelaide Hills don’t have much to offer when it comes to baby supplies but when I found out this store existed I was happily surprised. Not having to drive down to the CBD to get a good baby brands, it’s located in the hills. The owner / manager are so friendly and helpful when it comes to any baby advice.
Also the biggest plus is they have a service to install car seats! BRILLIANT!

Item priced at lower than what I was charged. Whole display of these items, when I queried I was advised the price I was charged was correct. No refund offered. Staff rude. Poor show Mt Barker Toyland.

I would highly recommend everyone to go to mt barker toyworld, Julie fixed both our car seat & doing it for free. Everyone is so lovely & easy going.

Fun for the kids! I dont actually buy anything, but have taken a nap here once. Lego costs too much here though
