Toy world staff are wonderful, it’s what one should feel in a toy store. I returned a toy and was greeted by a lovely staff member (Grace). She worked on a the batteries a while and we established a solution. Toy world have a great system they tracked my granddaughter’s toy on file as I lost the receipt. 5 stars. Customer service shone through.

Overpriced but I'm more upset by Staff not overly interested or freindly towards customers or Kids. We have spent good money there over the yrs and still get treated like second class.

Wow, how could you not love this place.
Every toy you could ever imagine to put a huge smile on any kid's face.
You guys are the best.

It's like being in a lolly shop. Staff very helpful and made it nice an easy for my 11yo son to swap his lego.

Last miinute Xmas shopping, very helpful staff.
Unfortunately Toyworld don't price match so I went where I knew it was much cheaper.

Great selection. Huge. Just set a budget for your kids before you enter. Otherwise you'll end up broke as.

Desired to buy lightning McQueen for my grandson for Xmas didn't know much the 2 young male staff were friendly and helpful also needed to get Barbie too they were the only place that had the one I was looking for would definitely go back

Such friendly help and such a huge range of toys to satisfy any child's desires.
I especially wish to thank the young man who filled this "Santa" in on what the hot toys were this year. Invaluable service to me and very much appreciated.
