The whole process from the moment we stepped in the showroom, to our new bed being delivered and installed was just so easy. Ash was very helpful and friendly. The hardest part of the process came from the agony of choice with the fabrics, but Ash organised for samples to be sent to our address so we could see them in place. Ash was great with helping us customise our bed, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We loved that this is Australian made, was ready within 5 weeks, was customised and the mattress is super comfortable. Definitely a must if you are looking for a new bed or mattress.

Ash at Town and Country is amazing. If you are looking for supportive, friendly and experienced service then I highly recommend Ash and the team. This is my second Town and Country Bed as I could not go past the quality, comfort and service.

Just be prepared for the fact that the installers will not take the packaging with them.

My Husband and I purchased a split king Tv bed from Town and Country, and to be honest we haven't left the bed from day one haha. The mattresses are super comfortable, and the process of ordering and selecting the right bed and material to delivery from SA to NSW was easy, Plus you get the choice to swap mattress within 30 days if not the right firmness which is a bonus. We both would highly recommend Town and Country to anyone wanting the perfect bed!

Ash was absolutely lovely to deal with. My Nan was made to feel extremely comfortable & at ease with her purchase & we would both recommend Town & Country Beds to anyone. Their pricing was excellent & the range of fabrics & options made it hard to choose.

We bought an adjustable bed when my wife suddenly became ill about 15 years ago. It still works perfectly and the latex/ memory foam mattress's are still as comfortable as the day they arrived. The best thing though, is we lost a part during a move recently and the support has been amazing. Thank you very much Jenny & the team at Town & Country Beds!

Great mob to deal with, bought elec bed 10 yrs ago, just bought a new one with all bells and whistles worth going back

Our circumstances required urgent action to improve Marty's comfort levels as he had lost his mobility dramatically. Even just to sit up in bed was so exhausting for him. We hired a single hospital bed for 2 weeks but it was so isolating for us both and visually traumatic for the whole family. We received our King sized Hi Low bed and it is amazing we absolutely love it soooo comfortable and looks like a normal bed. The first night we got to sleep together again I cried h I had missed hugging him properly. We were assisted by Jenny and she guided us wonderfully and together came up with a beautiful functional design that met the recommendations of our OT. The manufacturing crew also added input making sure it was functionally and visually correct. You can tell the whole team take such pride in developing the very best for their clients. All of our visitors including Marty's doctors and nurses are blown away by its homely beauty and hospital grade functionality. Top Job couldn't recommended them highly enough a 10 simply does cut it and 100% Aussie made even sweeter!

What a bed, so happy the staff are so helpful and the install guys are quick and clean up afterwards. We brought one of these electric beds for my parents 10 years ago and they still love it. We now have one of our own. Thank you Ash for your help
1/2 the price and twice the quality of most others

We're so happy with our new electric bed. Because of my husband's complex medical problems it's taken a long time to find the right bed. Jenny was terrific to deal with, professional, understanding, with a good sense of humour and most importantly patient with my many, many questions. She was always happy to follow up finding specific details for us and made sure we ended up with exactly the right bed that meets our needs for comfort, medical requirements and is also a beautiful piece of furniture. The bed is solid and sturdy, even when raised to its highest point, with high quality electrics and the workmanship on the headboard and upholstery is excellent. I definitely recommend this company.

We don't do a lot of reviews but after sleeping in this bed we thought boy we just have to. It all started with a call to Ash at T&CM&B she was great to deal with and arranged everything to get our bed made. Yesterday we received our Twin King bed electric bed with massagers included. We went to bed early last night and slept soooo well we did not want to get up this morning. We threw away some of the pillows we had (as we do not need now) and I managed to sleep the whole night on one side without tossing from one side to the other. (Rotator cuff problems) Resting in the zero G position and watching TV was a delight and then to have the massage as well, Divine. Buy one you will not regret it!

Have loved the bed since we got it over a year ago. We recently needed some after sales service for a minor issue and I am happy to say we received excellent assistance from the team. Always happy to recommend this company to others

I was delighted with the after sales service. I purchased a queensize Mildura adjustable bed in July 2019, it has been a dream purchase since the start until yesterday when the remote stopped working.

I filled in an online contact form and staff contacted me first thing this morning to work out the solution this was done in a fast and very friendly manner.

I would definitely recommend town and country mattresses for others not only for the quality products they sell but also the outstanding customer service both at initial enquiry stage through to sales, delivery and warranty.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with, Ash was with us from the beginning and even sent colour samples to assist with selecting the right one. Her product knowledge was spot on and she was always happy to discuss options providing excellent advice. We have had the bed for 10 days and are pretty happy. Many thanks to Ash and the team including Luke who installed and gave us a demo.

I have had the most wonderful experience with all the Staff from Town & Country and in particular Donna & Jenny and also the character Danny who installed my bed. From the pricing all the way through the construction of my new bed to the delivery of it. I needed a bed with rails that came up for when I was asleep at night. I have epilepsy, due to a Traumatic Brain Injury, and I kept falling out of bed at night after having a seizure during my sleep. It was MOST IMPORTANT to me that I had a bed that did this BUT also didn't remind me day after day that I have a disability. The staff at Town & Country delivered with this. It was a complete delight dealing with the staff. I JUST LOVE MY NEW BED!
